More probably if the error is win32, there is a possibility that you have not downloaded the wallet completely. This always happen when we are downloading via browser. Win 10 is a tricky thingy. I might admit a lion chunk of apps proven workable on win 8 x64 wont ever load on win 10 x64, not to mention various kinds of cpu & gpu miners complaining that they couldnt run on win 10 x64 for unknown reasons.

If it is not the same and smaller than what is stated in the website then you have not completely downloaded the file.

It's good that you finally figure it out. There is nothing wrong with being amateur, I myself is still an amateur, it so happen that I have experience the same problem as you before when downloading files. So I kinda relate to the instruction of Lionheart78. Anyway I hope the wallet is syc'ing fine to your end.

I was having this same problem, but was having a bad connection, so it improved, I tried again and it worked.
