They will exhaust all ICO funds with their salaries and travel expenses.
It is our money they must give all details to investors.

So you suggest them to hire some cheap devs and save ICO money? And then we saved 100K usd and have a crappy product..

No thanks. Quality costs money, and this is not a place to save. Paid salaries should be in the market range for good developers
