Right, they just have hold BTC, so if the fork happens, they will have both BCC and BTU, so they can dump both for money.

You don't have to download the ethereum blockchain, store your ICN at myetherwallet and your dividends will be sent there. There's no rush though dividends aren't coming out any time soon.
