Hi BTCRoyal, here's the answers to your legit questions.

Is this platform a fork of any other project that has been released or is Prism being developed from the ground up?

PRISM uses the ETH codebase plus some great features added which are unique.

Does the platform include smart contract?

Yes it does. More info about it will be disclosed later on.

How long have the developers been working on this sole project?

Actually 3/4 months an still working hard.

How many developers are there in total working on this project?

We have 1 main developer, as written in the team description in our blog. Anyway part of the funds will be used to hire more developers during PRISM's life.

Where is the development team based?

We're based in the Uk, but we have life and job experience matured all over Europe.

About the misunderstanding of the "presale" and "crowdsale" terms use i want to clarify this saying the both the terms are used as synonyms.
I apologise if that could be misleading but the logic of it it's that a Crowdsale happening actually before the launch is a presale too

About the crowdsale address i already explained that currently, and for all the crowdsale length, all the investors purchases are made through different addresses since this is how the payment gateway works. We do not have control on this. When crowdsale ends all the funds will be transferred to designated escrow, so that funds will be escrowed until we meet the terms of funds release as scheduled (i.e. 4 days of blockchain functionality and safety.) After funds are back to developers they will be stored in a multisig wallet as described in the terms of crowdsale on our blog post.

During the presale the safety of fund is guaranteeed by the team members.

As posted before we received an Escrow proposal from the user "miffman" (https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/miffman-83038) as our Escrow for post-Crowdsale terms and funds management.

Puzzled.
Are Bitcons received from "pre-sale" different from Bitcoins received from "post-Crowdsale"? By the way the terms are confusing too: what you run now you call "pre-sale", the second part is called "post-crowdsale", so question arises - is there a real "crowdsale" in between of them?

Why funds from second sale are escrowed, but funds from first one are not? Any logic behind this beside the obvious one (don't want to put it here, not to be called a FUD-er)? Funds are guaranteed by anonymous team members, who have nothing to lose except BCT newbie accounts..? Am not impressed.

Yeah this is a bit confusing, I would like to invest but this looks to me as a huge red flag. Basically an anon dev team is asking for BTCs without even using an escrow so far, can you please Prismrevolution clarify this point?
Can you also provide the crownsale address please?
