İ believe you will buy some altcoin like me . Altcoin have good have bad , you must choose good in bad .the price of coin often rely on the project progression.

ICO is a good opportunity to invest your money to let it grow for multiple time, but, in crypto investment this is not like the bank that when you invest on bank your money is secured and if there's a loss its the bank loss not yours, so double check the project first before placing your money into it.
Despite the red market, there are several good icos - Origin protocol, Origo network, Keep network, 0xcert, they have high hype rates.
i recommend AltairVr and diw.. and observe every token.. so you can see what is the roadmap of the ico and you can see what ico has a great potential in the near future. but the two ico that i recommended to you was a great ico for me..
