OP showed all the red flags right after posting 2 threads asking for big no-collateral loans. I think the chances of him being honest are very low. In this case I'm convinced the right thing to do is to leave a clear negative feedback so I did so, along with an easy way to remove it (adding a valid collateral immediately), in the unlikely case he just failed to read the rules.
That reduces the chances of people being scammed by him. And in the case he's honest it would be easy for him to read the feedback and the rules, add a valid collateral and get his feedback removed. After all the nonsense he's written and done he's just confirmed he can't be trusted at all.
An off-topic advice for OP: if you don't speak English try using very short sentences. If you use an online translator double check your spelling before translating, engines can't translate typos. Right now it's almost impossible to understand you.
