If we are good in English language then there are still better jobs that we can get like an English teacher and call center agent (only to name a few). The truth is that whether you have a proposal or not and whether your proposal is interesting or not, the likes of Grayscale or Michael Saylor or the banks won't actually spare a second of their time for you. However good your idea may be, large institutions won't probably care about it. I guess the first thing that you need to do to catch their attention is to identify yourself. That's why nowadays it's no longer a question of whether you're good at English, or whether you've completed a college course because we know that this is not the main basis for surviving and paying the due expenses for the house, billings, and prime commodities. What is needed now in this current time that we are facing is to be strategic and able in life.

It is also simple that banks are investors and they won't give out money that they won't recover so you have to provide some collateral as security for getting loan from them if you didn't pay back. This is that reason that rich gets richer , they can approach banks for loan.
