Well, it is fun to speculate, but what you are talking about is an unrealistic situation that will never happen.
That's like saying all websites in the world will cease to exist and only wikipedia is left.

The core of blockchain is that it is open source, distributed, and decentralized.
Anyone can use it and the tech isn't patented, it's open to all.
I've seen people complain that there are too many coins, but I see that as a good thing.

I don't get a headache over how many websites there are, because the internet is a place for everyone to participate.
And the more that do the better.

HAving various solutions for the problems in the world is what will make crypto valuable.

In 2018 bitcoin has become the most popular search query in the category "What is... ?" among users in the US and UK. Almost all altcoins die probably. So it is likely that the price may even be higher.

I guess, it would be too impossible for altcoins to die like that. As for me, I believe that bitcoin doesn't need any altcoins to reach that value because it is an independent coin and it can stand alone without any other coins. Bitcoin is a strong coin and it doesn't need to rely on any coin just to strike high.

Well it can be happen it can be raise more than we expect or it will be stable but for me i think that the demand will go up because it would be the only one but there is a downside it will be the only crypto coin that can be bad in the long run

Definitely.... But an x100 increment may be expecting too much. Bitcoin will increase rapidly as its demand will be way too much compared to supply. Considering the fact that it will be the only cryptocurrency needed for many transactions, it could become scare leading to a serious control in price by holders invariably leading to a much increased price. However, the possibility of a crypto industry with only bitcoin as the sole coin is almost impossible because there are other solid projects out there with wide scale usability.

Don't think so
At least within a decade or so

100X for Bitcoin is like what $3,000 = $300,000 per BTC
That's way too huge but who knows
Everything is possible in the crypto market, just like how tulips were pumped till so expensive, you could buy mansion with it.

We know, at the beginning of crypto, there was bitcoin as only one crypto. If we return to that situation, will Bitcoin rise sharply?
Does Altcoins have a more positive impact on Bitcoin or will it weaken Bitcoin?

I don't think so, the reason why most coins and even bitcoin price is alive is because of the competition between bitcoin and other coins. If there's only one cryptocurrency left, it will not be healthy too since other investors will have no other choice but to invest in bitcoin. Thus, making the market demand stale.

It is not possible that all coins will die, maybe some altcoins will die in this bearish trend which doesn't have solid projects but whole altcoins cannot die.

Nope altcoins will always alive and i dont think bitcoin price will rise more than 50 times again. Maybe in the future it possible, but we talking about more than 10 years if we wanna see the price like that.

MenaPay - Crypto made easier than cash
If most altcoins will die or disappear in the market, specially those shit coins, the demand for bitcoin will increase drastically for sure. It could pump its price for more than $100,000. Remember, bitcoin is now being considered as more precious and valueable than gold ny big time personalities and investors because they know that bitcoin have this hidden potential that could change the financial culture or banking system.

There are currently a lot of altcoin in the market, more than 2000 altcoin. But volume is mostly concentrated in the top five. So even if altcoin dies, it will not be possible to x100 Bitcoin, and all altcoin deaths will never happen.

In that case, bitcoin's value will go down on the contrary. Altcoins are the reason this market attracts external money, new investors, and users. They bring innovation, and new technology.

Bitcoin has not covered the whole crypto industry for a long time and will never be able to cover it, so it's simply impossible.

why does altcoin have to die? btc is rising because many new altcoins are popping up, and in the future more crypto projects will be adapted in all sectors

Price is formed  by demand and some manipulations. 2 sentences. All alts can't die. Many of those are not for money only. XMR, Zec, Dash, other from top20 were created and develops now by community not ICO team. And BTC can't be $300k without growth and time

Yes obviously because there is no other coin to use in buying or paying something so naturally the demand will be soaring high and the supply is limited but that is too difficult because altcoins and Bitcoin are correlated to each other.

I don't think it's possible if all Altcoin dies and then only Bitcoin is left. But if that happens the price of Bitcoin will increase high. So that this Bitcoin can later become an item that many people are up for grabs. But we must continue to think positively that the market will recover soon.

Bitcoin need altcoin in their ecosystem, that's why both Bitcoin and altcoin need each other to maintain stability in the cryptocurrency ecosystem
