Online casinos accepts bitcoin now. I believe it will only a waste of time betting live using bitcoin especialy the long wait for a single transaction to get confirmed. Its not possible to do 1 transaction at a time while betting thats just a waste of your time and the bankers time.

I have no idea if casino will ever accept bitcoin as exchange for chips that is used in gambling.

Well it is the bitcoin and it is being use by a lot of the people In the different ways, the price and the income of the bitcoin is able to use the proper and the easy way of the bitcoin, I am having the bitcoin and I want to buy the bitcoin value, in the casino bitcoin is being use as the costumer payment so be the bitcoin user and you will be able to pay for all the things with the bitcoin.

Yes it is possible but i did not read any news yet or announcement of any famous casino's that are accepting bitcoins as their bet. Maybe they will implement a kiosk where everyone can exchange their bitcoins into real cash and buy chips in their place.

I don’t think so that bitcoin will be use for gambling but you can not say anything about people because they do everything they want . So I never heard about gambling of bitcoins but in future I can not say anything..
It all depends on the owner of the bitcoin which decides this thing where to use bitcoin. If bitcoin is being used in casinos or even in gambling, then it is us who are using it at such kind of places. There are likely chances of this thing to happen and there is nothing harm in it. I think bitcoin hasn't yet reached to real casinos. Never heard in any news of anywhere that there is a casino anywhere in the world which is accepting bitcoin in exchange of chips for gambling in there. Such a thing can happen, but it will surely take some years yet as bitcoin hasn't reached the public of real world completely yet

I know a casino that does, you buy in at 5% I believe, they presumably just convert it straight to USD or similar.

maybe yes but we need to have a lot of computer and smartphone to be able to use bitcoin in a casino and I do not think that there is a casino willing to equip advanced technology for the people to use bitcoin or any form of online currency. Well, maybe in the future, when the world is more developed than it is, we can use bitcoin in a casino
It doesn't require much for casinos to set up a system where people then have the option to gamble with Bitcoin. The only annoyance I see is the need for people to wait for that confirmation before they can actually play.Nowadays nearly all people in well developed economies have a smartphone, and from there it doesn't cost any effort to install a proper mobile wallet. How else do you think people pay with Bitcoin in stores?
It's just a matter of scanning a QR code and that's it. Transactions come through mostly in an instant, so there isn't much of a problem here. It's only the point that you need to wait for at least 1 confirmation.
It can either take just a minute, or even up to an hour if you're unlucky.

How can you say that? We are in the market place section and at the top of this page there is a section for gambling thread/discussion and the casino's are listed here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=56.0 so you still think that bitcoin can't be used for gambling? You are new so that you didn't know that it is possible, bitcoin is a like fiat money that we can use to everything that we wanted to use with it, buy goods, buy gadgets and also we can gamble it.

For now I cannot heard any casinos who accept bitcoin in any countries, but it is possible if the bitcoin community and casinos industry will joined forces. I think it is a good opportunity to bitcoin because they where increase more the value and of course community of bitcoin are extensive unto casinos and other projects.
Real time regulated casinos will not accept the bitcoin because they have regulation issues to use the bitcoin and other decentralized coins but you will be able to find the many online casinos available in every places.
Especially in European regions you will find more number of casino and sports betting site available. Every day almost 500 plus bitcoin is been used in gambling. Some may be winner and most of the people are loosers.

Go through the gambling section found in our forum, you'll find how bitcoin is getting used for gambling needs. In specific bitcoin usage was fund high on gambling needs in the past, and later when it grew potentially things got changed and in future can expect that gambling is possible only with bitcoin. It is possible since there are a lot of gambling site that uses bitcoins and altcoins. But it depends on the owner of the said casinos if they will provide a system that accept bitcoin to exchange in tokens.

I think its possible to use bitcoin in gambling but there are so many gambling websites now. I don't go into the casinos but I can see that if bitcoin will be more popular in the future, there is a chance that bitcoin will be used in casinos (real life). Now, I don't see any casinos accepting bitcoin as a payment for the chips but it is possible in the next years.Nowadays many gambling sites accept bitcoins as the deposit and the pay also in bitcoin.In real life casinos you can buy the chips with bitcoin.But before paying in any gambling website make sure it is not a scam because most of the gambling sites are scams they will never pay you back.

Maybe if real world casinos will accept bitcoin payments for chips using bitpay service. This service automatically converts your bitcoin payments to currencies accepted by the receiving establishment. Aside from that, I don't think real world casinos will accept bitcoin as bitcoin due to its volatility in price.
