for an online gambling I think somebody received bitcoin in exchange for some chips, but for the real world I think it does not exist, they only accept cash or valuables like gold letters and other important mail, but in some cases maybe bitcoin can be used as an exchange tool for some chips, even if the casino owner uses bitcoin and he is willing to accept the exchange with bitcoin

Not anytime soon. If you want to gamble with your Bitcoins, do it online as there is a surplus of available gambling sites. They're also more convenient since you don't have to leave the comfort of your home. Only problem is you will have to check if the site you're on is legitimate.
