Like everyone mentioned above, when you invest in any asset, never think about the short term, always think about the long term and right now the market is in a bear hold, you need to invest now and forget about it for the next couple of years until the next halving and then make a decision rather than selling at a loss.

Are you trading using futures trading because the price didn't move that much and it's not a big deal when you are using spot trading only.

Anyway. You should stop chasing both loss and profit to stop this kind of dilemma on your trading. You are on panic mode that's why your trading is a messed and probably you are checking the price most of the time. Set stop loss and take profit so that you can be relax while you are trading. Don't trade base on your emotion because you will surely not be contented on whatever the result.

maybe you went too quickly into bitcoin investing before understanding the basics of investing or trading in crypto. so you haven't decided on a plan when you buy bitcoin for the long term or are just limited to buying at a low price and selling at a high price to look for a quick profit.
if you know something about bitcoin chances are you won't have a heart attack. it's clear that if you buy bitcoin and the price drops right away, you don't have to panic and sell it. because of the history of bitcoin's journey from several years ago, bitcoin will always surprise all investors who believe it like you sell your bitcoin but after that the price goes up, it's like a surprise if you don't sell it.
and chances are you also buy bitcoins using money for daily needs so you always panic about the state of bitcoin when the price drops. use the remaining unused money for investment.
and now all you have to do is hold your bitcoins and enjoy the upcoming bull season, but who knows when.

Nothing because you've already sold it, unless you buy again and wait for the price to go back up and don't always look at price movements and start focusing on the goal and selling when it's at the desired price target. That whenever I buy, the price fluctuates oppositely to what I did just as you. When I buy, the price goes down for bitcoin and if I sell, price gets higher then.

But, I didn't sold all that I've got, still got a few remaining on hold and I know that someday it'll be a better day. OP, try to understand the volatility of bitcoin first so that you won't just rely on your emotion.

Sounds like not only are you new but I guess you're investing with money you can't lose, right? I can say that your situation is happening to all the people who do not have too much knowledge and experience in the market. You feel you are unlucky, when you sell BTC will increase, when you buy, BTC will decrease immediately. It's not that you're unlucky, it's that you don't understand the market and how bitcoin works.

What you should do now is start learning and improving your knowledge before continuing to invest. Secondly, if you are someone who is prone to heart attack then this market is not suitable for you, you should leave it as soon as possible otherwise it will cost you real life.

For heart attack, visit a Doctor and avoid oily food .

And regarding Bitcoins, then it’s for long term, don’t be panic with it’s price.
I can understand your pain, but before selling the coin for a such low price, you should have asked first.
Nevertheless it’s not late to be honest. Buy the coin at around 22000$ and you are good to go.
Buy the coins and hold it for long term, at least for 3 months, then only you will see profits.

It always has this tendency to quickly rise and fall. Somebody who isn't familiar with how the price of Bitcoin moves shouldn't get into buying and selling Bitcoin.

You should understand that when you sold then there's nothing you can do. So stop checking the price, or better yet, buy bitcoin when they are down and start all over again specially that the price is going cheap right now.
