If i get 10btc now then i will probably exchange them for some set of altcoins because nowdays 70% of bitcoin traders had turned into altcoin trader as because they are getting a lot more profit than bitcoin trading with little more risk but we know there are risks when you take more than you want

Is 10 btc enough for the down payment for home? I think it will be too low amount for that as homes have become very expensive now and 10 btc would not be sufficient I guess.

I think it depends on each country, also depending on the type of home that is how. 10 BTC enough to be a down payment for a home.
but I think it's not a good idea to be a down payment for a home. better to grow it. after getting a lot of results, then immediately buy a house.

So many coins just so no one no one will, so I would immediately buy the car of your dreams. And what else needs money. And even if they give 10 bitcoin and after a time they want to take back.

Is 10 btc enough for the down payment for home? I think it will be too low amount for that as homes have become very expensive now and 10 btc would not be sufficient I guess.

Yeah that is the right thing to do, and 10 btc is really a good amount to invest in trading as you can make good profits in short time and you can take advantage from each and every fluctuation.

Good luck with your plan but I do not think loaning business will work in the community, the risk is big with that kind of business here in the online world. I would prefer to give a loan in my place and build a lending business with that amount of money.

A loaning business will work if you know how to set the right rules and to ask for the proper collateral.
And one thing to consider is to never always accept emotional appeals because most of the time, they are only social engineering. There's only a few successful loaning business that exists because of this.

10 btc can give you best profits if you invest them in trading, if you are good in it then you can even double them in a short duration, and once you have higher coins then it can be invested in real life business.

Its still the same thing on what he meant, he said that he would give loan in his community which is also the same as yours making lending business in your place. Yeah that is going to be a good idea at all if you are going to do some tradings with that amount. And 10 bitcoin is already a big amount to start your own investment. I think while you are on trading it is better if you are going to cash out some amount and going to build up your own investment in real life.

in my point of view, no one are better because we are late, who can say gold are safe investment and who can say bitcoin are profitable investment, those are people who has got both investment in the cheap price. for example: when they are buy gold at year 2000 the gold price is $272.65 and when they are buy bitcoin at year 2009 when the price of bitcoin only a couple cents.

That's why it's called investing! Its about bying when prices are undervalued and selling when prices are overvalued - of course, the whole point is to be able to tell the former from the latter. In 2009 no-one knew about bitcoin and you would have to know a lot to invest in it. Its the same today; there are stocks, altcoins, projects that are worth a couple of cents and which will multiply in value in the future.
