Yeah, thats the risky decision he ever made if he do that. 10 btc is a serious amount and you have to take care of it. Trading also needed knowledge and experience but its worth trying for. Maybe invest it in a gambling sites so you font need to move. You just have to wait for it to earn enough for you.

It also depends on how he's doing gambling, if indeed he is a professional gambler so 10 BTC can be used to multiply more than 2 x fold. But if he is a shill newbie then it's indeed very risky big. Better investment or saving the bitcoin and sell it when the price is very high

If i would be given a 10btc amount then for sure i would keep the 7 btc in my wallet for long term investments and 2 btc for trading investment then 1 btc for cashout buying my needs for everyday living that would be my plan. I would gain profit for my 2 btc invested in trading and i would use it for everyday living without touching the 7btc kept on my wallet.

Holding is good but you can try your luck on trading with small amount and who knows if you are lucky you will be able to grow your coins in quick time, unless you don't take risk you will never learn to earn more.

I wouldn't say I won't be happy but I doubt 10 BTC will be that much of a changer for how you spend money or the like, I would probably keep it as bitcoins and try to earn some profit on it in the market.

Converting it to fiat and investing in real life business is the best thing one can do, as real life business will give him regular income and profits and it don't have risk of disappearing like bitcoin.

Yes, I like your idea of encashing it! I will do the same, go to the bank and save money for the future. Maybe you could buy some stocks and join mutual funds to grow it more. Put up some small business to finance our daily expenditures. And of course reward ourselves through buying some stuffs. I will buy foods that I really want as a reward and startup. Something to remind me to work hard and earn more so you could always ends up having good things in life, like foods!

Thanks to that pal, we really need to reward ourselves here once we earn bitcoin. Perhaps encashment in this field of industry in cryptoworld is the heart of a reason why we are here. Because we treated bitcoin as our currency whatever citizenship we are. And that's the good thing about bitcoin.

If I had a chance to get the 10 btc I would promise to keep them. Not selling any coins for fiat. I would also not gamble that money away, investing and trading only.

I think this way is also good, just use half for investing / trading is an appropriate number. Because that way you can avoid the risk of losing a lot of money in case of loss, but with it you will also get a big profit longer because it uses small capital. thanks

Trading is going to be the most reliable way of investing with that amount. Even I, I'm going to allot some amount of for trading but I'm going to study first if that time is going to be a good time for buying some alt coins. Or else, I will just going to keep on holding until the price is going to increase so that I can still get profit.
