I think if bitcoin has become the main payment tool in the world there's no need to transact on the internet, and if then the internet is totally dead it does not matter, because bitcoin has become the primary means of payment in the world and means our days in real life are easy to sell or buy with bitcoin. So, no longer need to access the internet.
I guess you didn't get the OP very well and I will advice you to read back and edit your post maybe. How can we use Bitcoin without the Internet? It's rather the internet that helps us facilitate Bitcoin payments that's why it is vital in our lives and the OP is assuming hypothetically that if it is switched off somehow by whatever means what will happen to Bitcoin.

That someday is really far away from the future or even it will never be happen thats because as you said : what if someday internet network will be paralyzed so that mean you can't do transactions when you need to. There are still many holes to fill before bitcoin will be the main payment there are many still many what if's and do's before it happens. I know in our technology is advancing every single day sooner or later those holes are going to be filled and bitcoin will be the main payment option and internet network will never be paralyzed. If someday we use bitcoin as a mode payment then the internet become paralyzed then we go back again to use cash. That is the only way and solutions i know because we used cash before bitcoin came. I guess this thing will happen if the internet will be dump and if no one cares to return it back to its service, we do not have a choice but to go back to cash as payment to everything. for me when internet network is totally dead! we should use our local money because this bitcoin is a digital currency and the transaction is using internet connection but maybe it far enough to happen. it happens when there is a world war or nuclear attack. it maybe a big problem to all bitcoin investors who invest a lot of money for bitcoin. it likes a bankruptcy of a digital world without internet.
