If there is a store like Amazon or ebay that accepts only BTC would you use it?
In my opinion the crypto model does not allow OR make it easy for retail based stores to accept crypto because crypto prices are always changing, not easy-to-use issue chargebacks or refunds, too much work for the accounting books and the list goes on but we have to think outside the box and support such innovations..but the tech isn't ready for this industry imo.
For now I believe we don't have any store big enough to support crypto.

What I'm trying to ask is would you use that type of store with your crpyto (maybe that store accepts more crypto not only BTC) or you see crypto only as an asset that will provide you more fiat money in the future?

I will why not, but I will not going to spend all my cryptos buying things here I still consider as an asset that will appreciate anytime soon, but we need to support stores like this because Bitcoin was created to do this for buyers and merchants, the goal is always been for merchants to come in and use cryptocurrency.

There are ways you can use your cryptocurrency to pay for goods at amazon already.
This crypto payment processing company purchases goods using the lightning network as described here
https://www.coindesk.com/you-can-now-shop-with-bitcoin-on-amazon-using-lightning
Then there is purse.io which uses a third party to connect cryptocurrency payments for these goods using giftcards at a discount. They have been around for a while now.

Did you manage to purchase items on Purse.io? I read that there is / has been a lot of fraudulent sales there (users gave BTC to seller and he used some fraudulent cards to purchase items which is really really bad). So whats the point of using this service?
May be you can share some experience you had with this site.

I will gladly make use of it if I can find such within my region because it was none availability of stores that accept crypto currency as a means of exchange for goods and services that makes to be converting my crypto currency to our local currency before going to store to purchase items.

there is nothing we can do when my country prohibits crypto transactions.  so I will use it in the future when crypto is legal in my country.  now I prefer collecting BTC, ETH and other crypto.  I always hope that BTC will create again a high bull market.  it doesn't matter even though it's still long.  I am strong to hold.

since I started using bitcoin I've always seen it as an asset. some people may disagree with me but that is just how I see bitcoin and other crypto-currency atleast for now.
although I would gladly use bitcoin as a payment if there is a store who makes a fair deal. most of us compare bitcoin to a fiat as it's value that is why a lot of people
find it hard to use bitcoin as a payment.

Only * Bitcoins * will be a big problem, the market goes up and down too frequently to actually track down anything specific therefore what I think is that Bitcoins needs to be integrated but at the same time, we would love if there are still others things such as Cash and Cards and stuff.

It's never a good idea to give the user just one variant , more variety creates better choices and at the same time better scope of growing for the whole company .

It should meet the requirements for 'n' number of people who wants to actually use this site not just a small population, that's how it will become famous .

I would personally use such a store, probably not very often but in general if I would need to buy something online then I would prefer to pay with bitcoin instead of my debit card. I see everyone is worrying about bitcoin transactions being irreversible so you should think about a solution to solve this problem, maybe add an escrow option or something similar to that.

at the moment I might see it only as an investment asset. but if there really is a shop that accepts crypto payments, I will definitely use it. if there is indeed a store like this in the future, surely mass adoption has occurred. and crypto is fully legal throughout the world. I'm really looking forward to this, I heard the rumor that eBay will be the first. hope it's true.

yes, I will definitely use it. because it's much easier and safer, than using credit cards or paypal. using crypto is good, but it is very risky due to high fluctuations. so if this becomes a reality, I have to be careful and choose the right time, if I want to use it later.

Once I reach the desired amount of bitcoin in my account, I will definitely buy something for it. So far, I'm using his investment vehicle. I want to accumulate a certain amount of coins.

Hmm, weird, I also on the beginning of my career wanted to accumulate and set a goal. But when I was able to reach my goal, I don't want to stop and I wanted to accumulate more.  Grin.

So I think when you reach your desired amount, you don't want to stop and will continue to do so, just saying.

Of course, we wanted to see some stores accept bitcoin as mode of payment, but sadly as bitcoin is very volatile, fluctuating price will be the main concern of merchants for now.

Well since i have my own Bitcoins in my wallet and if it was indeed possible to just use Bitcoins for those specific stores then why wouldn't we?
If you liked to buy some product from that specific store and the only you was Bitcoin of course i would use it Wink

I would definitely be interested in selling goods for cryptocurrency, but one problem is that bitcoin transactions are not reversible, when we know people like refunds in commerce. There are certain sticking points that I am confident will be resolved in time.

I would love to use these stores to pay for goods.  I do not see anything wrong or criminal.  It seems to me that over time all the stores, especially on the Internet, will have such a function.

Right now, none of them (amazon and ebay) accepts bitcoin as a payment. I have been hearing that Amazon might be accepting crypto currencies soon through the Lightning Network. Lets just wait and see.
I would use stores that accept crypto currencies. I do buy amazon gift cards with crypto currencies, so I am actually indirectly using crypto on stores like amazon  Wink.

Right now I would not use it if BTC (or cryptos) would be the only payment method but if you ask me again in a couple years my answer will probably change

We already have two. takealot and bidorbuy both accept bitcoin and both are massive markets. I live in a third world country so what is your countries excuse? You act like such htings don't exist lol. I have been buying things with bitcoin for years now.
What I'm trying to ask is would you use that type of store with your crpyto (maybe that store accepts more crypto not only BTC) or you see crypto only as an asset that will provide you more fiat money in the future?

of course I would use it , without a doubt
I'm a staunch supporter of bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in general , so the more stores that allow direct purchases with btc the better
I would not buy just because it accepts btc if it doesn't have competitive prices or offer no goods I'm interested in , though
as for treating crypto as an asset , yes it is an asset to me currently simply because there is no infrastructure ready to use it as money at the moment
maybe soon , when there are more stores like you've described appear and there is more competition and the adoption is huge - this is the goal in mind
Different peoples have different mindsets. Cryptocurrencies are not actually that bad option to spend for shopping but originally cryptocurrencies were not been established as a mean of payment on online shopping sites but it was been developed for the community to earn great profits into.

There are a number of opportunities including mining, trading, gambling, etc which gives us the chance to multiply or coins or simply we can HODL those coins until the ATH price is reached. Considering all these benefits, there hardly might be the need to develop a marketplace where only cryptocurrnecies would be used as a mean of payment.

"cryptocurrencies were not been established as a mean of payment on online shopping sites but it was been developed for the community to earn great profits into."

Lol sure dude.
It is a currency look the word up.
