Are you talking about a world war? If ww3 happens then no place is safe, but if by any chance only EU and Russia go to war then you could go to so many places, there are doomsday bunkers around the world which you could rent, though they cost a lot of money, all you need to do is to search for it on google. If that is not an option for you then come to my country, I will take you to a village where nobody is interested in destroying it, you could be safe there, I will charge you 500$ per day, no pussies to jump though.🤣

During war, nobody considers luxury because the basic need then would be how to survive. I don't also think that with the current effects of the war in Ukraine on the global polity, any country wants to go to war. This war has caused more harm than good and any additional conflict would bring more human suffering. Dont tell me about some uncivilized locations i want good Luxury such us good food and good internet connection.

I am assuming you are directing your question to if there is war between NATO and its allies with Russia and partners. A non-align or a neutral nation would be the best place to find refuge if there is war in Europe and the US. Most of these nations are in the Middle-East and Africa. North Africa, Namibia, South Africa, Uganda and Cape Verde could be potential countries to seek refuge in. These countries have to a large extend good facilities and favorable weather conditions. I've remembered St. Helena and I thought of it as one of the safest locations if ever a war will start but it's far from the main land. It's a remote island and has got mountains on it.The mountains.
But, it's surrounded by bodies of water so, let's say you're safe from war but you're not safe from natural calamities.

During wars, there are big players, those nations owns and provides he most weaponry, own factories that manufacture these weapons, provides raw materials and food to those fronting the war, nations that have access routes to some of the strongest nations and more of those. These are places to avoid in times of the war as they become targets.
One way to weaken an opponent is to cut of there lifelines and that's sme war strategy that would be exploited to get the upper hand in a war. As you middle class citizen, most advice nations might not be the best of options.you might want to sort out for low profile places but in all, no where is really safe.

New Zealand is a popular location for the billionaire prepper. Climate is reasonable, and it's probably sufficiently out of the way. There's an interesting article here about it (albeit a few years old now).

Having sufficient money (or items of value to others, depending on degree of collapse), is probably more important than location.
Of course, cities that always have a great number of people will be no safe and they might be the first target because the idea behind firing nukes is wiping out the enemy's people and that would be the case for the war in this era. You might be safe if you live somewhere near the north pole or south pole because there won't be anyone who will gonna fire some nuke there because obviously, they are wasting some Amo. But today's nuke is not really the same as before and it would be much stronger and deadly if they happened to fire even a single one.
Go to somewhere which isn't a NATO base and is miles away from one. Other than that there isn't somewhere you can go. Every NATO base and its neighboring cities are potential targets for Russia's nukes.
