I still expect 2-3 year bear market but the depth of dump for some coin might not be as dip as some new coins, base on institutional investment, fundamentals and coin scarcity.

I think your statement is unpredictable. Why? Because basically there is no set price, but the price fluctuates according to supply and demand. Increased demand makes prices soar. However, if the price is low it is because one of them is the seller panic

Quit the idea of determining when because no one can tell you when and how long to be exact it will happen. If we can know it when it'll happen, we'll be safe from the bear market to be taking our profits during the bull run and use the bear market for buying.

3 years from the last Halving right? like what happens in the previous years, But can't you find this year is really different from the past?
Look how strong the market is , though there are some dumping happenings yet recovering easily and faster.

A bear market, I was predicting to happen once the institutional money bubble broke but that did not happen. Like yesterday price was back to 52k USD and today price is at 54k USD. We currently are seeing a oscillation between the 50-60k USD levels but dropping below this can happen if the selling pressure is high enough.
Since the rise in bitcoin was abrupt when going to 30k to 50k, I did assume it would drop back without supporting levels in the 40k range, but this did not happen.
Currently we can only say that price below 50k will drop the price even lower but otherwise it is still bullish. The mainstream market has taken an interest in crypto more than even before, so support will be there.
I think we have reason to believe that this time it may be different. The Bitcoin price does not follow a deterministic pattern. The fact that institutions are buying makes us think that this time it may be different, with a less pronounced bear market that lasts less time.
10x decrease? 3x? You mean reduce to 10% or 33%? This is crypto, that is highly and most likely possible. Especially for altcoins, you can even go to reductions of less than 5% which is what happened to ETH:)
I hope it won't last as long this time, if it comes. People are saying bear cycle may not even come anymore just a very long bull. It's hard for anyone to predict though:)

If we're going to take a look at history, then yes, probably 3 years. But then again — Past performance is no guarantee of future results. At some point in the future (could be this year or it could be 10 years from now), the trend to some extent should break.

Yes, maybe we will wait for the next 4 years until the market is bullish again. However, it looks like the bearish have yet to come to attack the market. When viewed from the history of the bitcoin market (2013-2017) the peak of the bullish is the end of the year. So we still have a chance in a few months to pile up bitcoins. 
Highly unlikely because if we enter the bear market now that means the 12 year old ~4-year cycle is finally broken and consequently the bear market is also going to be different meaning it can only last a couple of months and the size of it is also going to be very small.

probably until the next halving. you'd be lucky to have sold earlier before the bear starts because 2024 is far away and if you don't have a job to sustain, the crisis will hit you hard. 2017 was hard for those who bought near the ATH, I'm sure they have sold in panick before the price dip to $10k. it could happen again as this is one of the worse markets despite the adoption that is going on these days.
