I always wanted to live in Iceland because of the internet speed

We have the same desire in living along the beach or shores,I remember when I was young and we come to go to beach with my family,all I want is to be there and never leave and there are instance that I cried when we need to go homeWell a good beach, w/ sun plz.
That’s why all my investments in crypto when time of my retirement comes will be for buying a house or build near the place with sunset or sunrise along the beach
15-20 years from now and I am certain that my investments here are enough for my dreams when the time comes

I want to live where I can experience true peace. A very safe place also from disasters of course that's very important. I can imagine my dream place to have a very vast grassland with a pond. The most important thing is that my family is with me so we can enjoy the place together. It is not the view or scenery of the place that will make my living there special, it will be the presence of my family.
Depents on the day tho. Sometimes I can't imagine not living in a city with everything at the reach of my hand. Then there are days that I would pack my bags and go to Greenland.

i live in the US. i want out. so far my top spots are new zealand and australia. i also keep hearing alot of good things about sweden, switzerland, and norway. we live in a big world and i know other people would like to be in places i have not even considered yet so i'm kinda curious to hear what you guys think.

South of France. I find it the best. 300 sunny days per year! You can buy/rent a motorhome/caravan and stay different town every week. Geography is wide from Atlantic and Pyrenees to Alpes, lots of space and very safe. Voilà.
Sadly I have never travel out of my country before and currently I don't think is even possible due to expenses it will cost.. But however have always wanted to travel to Paris and spend some times. But to choose where to leav permanently I'll prefer staying in Canada. Is a cool place to be.
It's funny there are so many comments stating the wish to live in the countryside or wilderness that I'm curious if there is anyone who wants to live in a big city? Humans are destroying nature yet we are longing to live surrounded by it.
How can you expect someone will wish to live in “Big City” when all of us here already living the city’s (though maybe there are few where not)That’s why most or all the comments are asking for peace living in wilderness,and how could you say that we will destroy the nature?
What I believe is if people are getting older the maturity of our behavior is getting closer to nature and in that way we wish to live in some wild places to preserve the place and also be close to nature as well

I would live on a beach. somewhere where you're close to the city but still away from all the noise. An Island in Europe would be great.
