Well I certainly can see people getting stomach aches not eating something their not used to
Kind of like drinking whole milk after not drinking it in a long time
The body needs to adjust

That said Yelp reviewers do seem a bit racist blaming the food pretty sure its not always the ethnic place that gives you a bellyache
Could just be something else you ate that day however that said it may be the sanitation as Ron pointed out and its certainly not something that is to be ignored

Yep. Race baiting is probably just easier and cheaper than making sure your kitchen is clean and the food is thoroughly cooked.

When I graduated from culinary school I was shocked at how bad the sanitation is in your average restaurant. The Mom and Pop type of establishments are the worst. The chains are better because there are usually corporate standard procedures for sanitation.

So what these health officials are going to do? Identify those racist Yelp reviewers and then put defamation suits against them? If ethnic restaurants can't be blamed for food poisoning even if their food causes them, then I'll stop visiting them.

Wow. The race baiting is getting epic. Might have something to do with ethnic foods being something people don't normally consume which causes them to feel ill. Careful with that pad thai. You might be a racist.
