This point is related to the title but you've gone further than suchmoron in giving a negative trust where suchmoron claims he is not being negative by claiming presenting the truth is simply shit stirring which he says is a neutral comment.

Of course both of you are simply trying to punish and discourage people from telling the truth. Which is not what the trust system is intended for at all.

I mean surly a DT1 telling lies about requesting his friends (who he says he has given money to) to reject flags for his sponsor is not appropriate to remain on DT1. The fact he for a long period has been friends with and there is documented evidence of him colluding with other documented liars and scammers on DT1.
It appears DT1 will attack any person that whistle blows or mentions other DT1 proven dishonest and dangerous behaviors.
This is clearly a flaw in the trust system that needs to be fixed.
There needs to be measures in place where members can not be punished for presenting truths that are independently  verifiable.  
That is where theymos needs to act ..

That 100 batch can be kept as reserve  to ensure they are always without pressure to give in to temptation or pressure to be dishonest.
