One can gain knowledge by reading books but only with that knowledge one cannot do well in real life if one does not have skills. so if one wants to earn a lot of money then he needs a lot of skills. And he has to use those skills to take different actions and that is how he gradually becomes resourceful. But if one leads a lazy life and develops no practical skills besides book knowledge, it is very difficult for him to become wealthy unless he inherits wealth.

To grow up in life it is very important to listen to the stories of people's failures because through it a person will be careful of those mistakes and try to act in other good ways. I read a book where it says exactly the same thing as you, that the more people who fail, the better the society will be and the better the way to build a life. So, as a human being we can learn from the tree that the deeper the knowledge the more flexible the human being.

Reading books is a good thing, it can even influence your next steps because there is a lot of knowledge or theory that you can get from reading the book. It cannot be denied that there are theories that are difficult to implement, but making moves without knowing the basis of the theory you will probably make mistakes, so don't lose the usefulness of reading books and what must be added is action, because with action you can implement the knowledge that is known, because knowledge without action is zero and action without knowledge can lead you to mistakes in action, so the two cannot be separated.

There are many failures that we encounter when pursuing success and it may not be easy to get back up after experiencing ups and downs in the process.

When someone experiences failure on the first try, of course this will make it difficult for someone who is mentally weak to try again, but for those who have a growth mindset, of course this will make them find out where they made a mistake so they can correct it and try again until they they achieve what they want to be realized.

Choosing to give up and not continue with the plans we have made is sometimes a good thing, because if we force ourselves to do this we might experience failure which will make it harder for us to face and I think giving up is indeed the right choice.

When you think that your plans are going to work, and you start to see its failure within the first tries. It's fine not to give up but when you have done attempts several times and it's still not working, you may consider to change your plans and not to give up.

Sometimes I advise people if their best option is to give up even if they've got detailed plans and executions, they can give up if that's going to give them peace of mind.

Some people do really expect that they would really be making themselves getting rich or having that better life without doing anything which is really that absurd. As we do all know that when it comes to success then it comes with hardwork and wise decisions on whatever  things that you are getting involved with. situation where success isnt something that could be obtain by anyone who do tend to pursue it but of course it would be better that we should try. You wont really be having that kind of progress
if you wont be taking any action. You would really be remain to be poor if you would really be just that contented to be that way but since each person is different then there are ones who are mindful
and there are ones who dont care about their situation.

Let me tell you biggest truth about money and wealth.
You get what you feel is small for you you think something is huge then it's higher then your level of mentality are.
Your reality will be in your life what your brain see as normal thing for you so that's why you need to level up yourself so success is like gym work out training you follow the plan and stick with it and you learn from the mistakes.
You get something only If you feel you bigger then this thing you have or you want,you don't get bigger things then you are If you might be lucky and win you most likely will lose it If you don't lose all then most of it.
So you want to get and operate well with money let's say 500k... Then you have to stand higher above of this money If too much emotions and exitment than this could be too much for you.
Your highest goals will never fullfill you might get only 50% so If your goal are to get 1 mil.. then 100k is your reality.

Also more you have money more experinces you start having and more you want to make but more catious you need to be If you want to be selfmade like me don't belive anyone don't listen anyone just learn along the way by your own experinces.

Btw you can take all the wealth in the world and share between wealthy and poor equally but you will see poor will lose it soon and rich will get that in their Hands again you can try this over again many times but same thing will be happening equally shared wealth between poor and rich even If you take it more away from rich and give to poor people you will see that will be on hands of rich later again and you will need to money again to poor people again because they will be out of money.
That's why the socialist countries models works only short time and society will need higher taxes over time because no matter how much you try to take away from the wealthy the money keep coming back to them.

Wealth comes from 30% knowledge and 70% action.

You need to understand that everything is a job when money's involved, it all just boils down on the fact that you need to really work for your money, it's just that you have to choose which vocation you really wanna make bank with. And then from there, work like crazy, live below your means, and always be very mindful of your expenses and savings. Soon enough, you'll realize that the money's gonna ramp up, and next thing you know, you're rich as they come.

Self-help books that teach you how to earn, how to manage, and how to grow your earnings is going to help a lot as well, I would suggest books written by Robert Kiyosaki as those really helped me understand how the concept of money works and how I can make it work for me, but whichever really works for you really, at the end of the day, it's all a matter of preference and your money is always going to come from your work, not from what you know. This has got to be one of the few posts in this forum that I totally agree with.

Failure is one of the things that must happen in the process of achieving success and in my opinion failure is one of the formulas for success because no one can be successful all at once without experiencing failure first. What you say is true, if we want to be successful then we have to be prepared for everything that will happen, including failure, of course failure should not be the thing that makes us stop trying, because there are people who run a business or business but when they do that experience failure and they don't consider first taking the final step, namely to stop and end the business they are running, of course that is not right.

They say experience is the best teacher, reading something online wouldn't give you the best understanding until you have experience it because personal experience is difference, learning process also different from people to people because of some factors like environmental, the government policy, the funds and even how the business is plan, you can't know how viable it's until you try it aside from the planning itself.

Just a reminder that a business start from scratch always have some difficulties, there is high probability of failure than the success but if you succeed, you will enjoy the benefits later because you have just started a new story many will want to become tomorrow.
