With 50 millions I do not think, that gambling can make some profit. Just put 25 millions in the bank and receive profit - it would be much more, than just gambling. 
It is better than gambling because you will not lose any money but it will just be idle money. There is no real profit when you stash your money in a bank. It will be safe but it will not earn any profit. Just a few interest a year.it is better if you invest it somewhere else. But as you said it is safer than gambling your money in a casino.
yup, try to make use of these money to earn more money. it is quite a popular say that putting in bank means losing money cause the interest gain is always lose out to the inflation, especially in my country, the bank interest is only 0.0125%.

Not all lotteries are bad. There are some lottery games played just for fun and the money goes to charities. It's basically played during festivals or by rich people who just buy these tickets for charity. Many colleges too have these raffle games.

if I'm rich because of gambling, I definitely will keep playing. because of gambling that has made me rich, so it will become addicted.
That could be the point but I also would still gamble if I was rich by something else because gambling is just simply very enjoying and can be profitable if you do it on a good way and it does not matter if you lose because you are rich...I think i will make a gambling site or i will be the banker.
