xrp shitcoin is SCAM - get out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Either I have lost my mind, or you are just trying to pull our chains. If it was up to me, I'd post the biggest middle finger here as your answer, but you know that would be inappropriate move for a president to perform. Lol
You remind me of Bitcointalk's most stupid Ripple shills.

I'm in support of Igebotz Merit Source Application because Igebotz will not give Merit to you or to Ripple shills!

Man my man, sheriff, I just love your enthusiasm and your audacity, first you join the enemy's army as a mod, then you attack this forum's leader with some nonsense about being a sellout to the state, and as a kill shot you come here bump your application?

Stating "it's me again  Cheesy"

Bump. Cool
It's strange for you right. Grin well it's quite normal for other users. I have always had this thought about members who are having about 3k,4k+ merits, I always feel they never run out of smerits not until I started seeing some post of some reputable merit source who also complain of running of merits then I now knew that this particular feeling is almost for everyone though they are some exception for few users like T-man, o_e_l_e_o, and maybe loycev  Grin
There's a difference between an allocation smerits and earned smerits. This has nothing to do with the numberbof merits one has earned. You can see someone with 3k or 4k earned merits but they do not have an smerits simply because they spent it all. But there is an allocation smerits which is given to merit sources by theymos. It is rare to see a merit source complaining of lack of smerits, unless the merit source is a huge merit giver. Most merit sources do not even spend from their earned smerits because the allocated one will always serve them.

Lolz. It is normal for every user. And I believe you have smerits soon. You are one the right guys in Nigeria Board so there was no need for you to even say that. And I also support your merit source application to help to grow the Nigeria local board. You have been helping the local board since the conception of board late last year and even before the board was created. So your application is well deserved. You are the one who gives the monthly stat in the local board and that is stressful work. So I thank you for that work.and I pray that theymos accept your application.

In my view, this is long expected to happen, to have another merit source in Nigeria's local board to ease up pressure on CryptoprenuerBrainboss who has been doing greatly in the successful growth of this local board,  already Igebotz is also another member I know who has done greatly too, therefore I bid my support for this application and for Igebotz to join hands in moving this local board forward.
I also bid my hands in support for igebotz merit source application. Slowly the Nigerian local board is growing in terms of new contributive members and the creation of quality post is increasingly alarming and the board I believe will need more than one hand for the support and share of merits to deserving posts and thread although like you said Mr. Brain boss is actually trying his best but I believe slowly the local is growing out of his grisp and he need more support to aid him in distribution and accessing of good posts in the local board.

Fair enough, but Google Translate hasn't found a way to translate Nigerian Pidgin to English yet, and most of these posts are always in Pidgin, so many merit sources will skip them except those who want to merit blindly or based on the reputation of the user who submitted those links.
Wait, I'm confused Tongue We here always use the phrase "pidgin English" for bad English, or the Dutch equivalent: Steenkolenengels. I've been wondering why Nigeria needed their own local board, given that English is the official language. I'm now starting to think you guys actually call it "Pidgin" which just sounds funny Smiley
When I saw posts on the Nigerian local board before, I thought it was just English but with lots of mistakes. Now I'm starting to think this is how it's supposed to be:
This one go different and na based on the different coins dem wey you dey interested in wey go determine if you go go long term or short term.
When I read this, what I see is: "English English English mistake English English English dem wey English dey English English wey English English English English English English" Cheesy

Pidgin English is different from good English language, we learn English language in school but we don't learn pidgin English in school because is commonly used in some part in Africa, I believe pidgin English is easier to learn although there are some pidgin English you will hear and it will be funny to your hearing and to the person that speaks it too, pidgin English is easy to understand that why some bitcoimtalkers who are not a Nigerians make comments in Nigeria local board because they understands the pidgin language.

when speaking is more advanced then when writing, when writing we can mix some english in-between the pidgin but when speaking we just go with the flow.
@CryptopreneurBrainboss I like how u explained the pidgin language, it gives me joy, u know one can not effectively explain all his emotions  in writing but when speaking, the feeling is different.

When I saw posts on the Nigerian local board before, I thought it was just English but with lots of mistakes. Now I'm starting to think this is how it's supposed to be:

Pidgin isn't just a language we made up, it's widely accepted in Nigeria and other part of Africa continent especially West Africa. For example we have the BBC News, Pidgin that all the news been aired are in pidgin language. For the fact that you don't understand completely what we're saying that make it a local language to us while English is our international language (and it's kind of stressful for me to write as I have to cross check multiple time to make sure I don't make a mistake but I still make them) which goes to show that english isn't typically my main main language as I can never make mistake when speaking my local dialect or pidgin language. Infact before you could understand what I was saying is because I replaced most of the words with English word and not our local slangs and that because the boards welcomes both pidgin and English language for now.

Can someone of you share a link or a video where we can hear the pronunciation of pidgin? I can partially understand what you write, but I would like to hear how it sounds in conversation. I'm just curious

In addition to the video (podcast) that Igebotz shared, you can Google on your own time any video you want to watch in pidgin. We have educational videos both on Bitcoin and the crypto industry voiced in pidgin language. Listen attentively as the pidgin use when speaking is more advanced then when writing, when writing we can mix some english in-between the pidgin but when speaking we just go with the flow.

There are some of us that don't combine when writing, just pidgin alone. If you hear us speaking this pidgin English, you wouldn't understand what we are saying and you will be confused because we use the pidgin slangs to talk. I support Igebotz application, I applaud his endless service of our local board and the forum at large.

Yep, therein lies the rub.  With any suggestion regarding the forum or any merit source application there's always a question in my mind as to whether Theymos is even seeing whatever the community is saying.  One rarely knows because he so rarely descends from wherever it is he hangs out to opine on others' opinions, and even rarer still I think is any action taken on his part based on the wishes of the community.

There have been a few merit source applications in the past month or two, and they'd gotten pretty much unanimous support but unless I missed an announcement, Theymos hasn't accepted any new sources.

And by the way, you've got my support 100% Igebotz.  The Nigerian board is going strong, and I bet it could use a member like you to help it's sub-community rank up faster than a snail's pace.  Good luck!

I'm not sure how frequently he reads the Meta, but I believe he reads PMs since he replied to one of mine last month. He's the type of guy who needs to be reminded of something before acting on it, so I sent my application to his PM as well.

With the huge number of inactive merit sources (too lazy to dig up links now), I'd like to believe that a replacement is required to keep the system running. Thanks for the support.

@LoyceV, you can understand it because Brainboss do combine pidgin English and English Language together. There are some of us that don't combine when writing, just pidgin alone. Hhampuz is the best manager
Igebotz, I support your application. I think you're a user who deserves to be a merit source for your local board based on your contributions and the quality of your posts. But unfortunately so far the admin has not received any application that have been posted on meta, so make sure you still have to be patient to get your turn.

I know we can contribute in other ways even though we are not a merit source, but of course it will be easier for you to get more users with merit if you are a merit source. Best of luck to you, Igebotz.
Yes admin didn't accept yet any application   or even commented on the applications if it's qualified or not but still hoping that one day admin will add some new merits source every local so  those user who contributed well in their local board will given a chance to receive some merits from their respective merit source. Also as I remember to you skarais you've posted here your applications too. I supported both of you hope admin will considered your applications.
