Hold, that is just the right word in my opinion. I am doing just that and hoping that we can recover the loses that we incur the very soonest possible time. 
Hold your coins and try something else in the meantime. You don't always need to be trading, and I find that if something's off and something you're usually good at isn't working, take a break! It can be hard to relax for some people, but things will be better after not trading for a few days.

Hold will be good but not for all. Some big coin which value upto $50, those coin should hold until touch the good value.
Some coin use for trading and some coin use for hold. Trading and hold both serious matter I think. You should choose 50/50.

As the market falls down, I also thought that I was losing my holdings then, I realized that it is just the market that is dropping down. We are not actually losing anything unless we are selling when the prices are too low. We should just have more patience.
Just tell me who isn't loosing currently? You can't stop price fall, nor rise. One way is to sell bitcoin, then wait when it still falls, then buy, then sell again in low price, then buy. When you think situation is going well, stop this action and hold them. This way you can't profit if you bought in worse time but you can multiply your bitcoin. wait for price rise and see some profit.
