If you want to be doing anything now, it is either you are patient, or you are at least trying to take advantage of the market by buying the dips. However, you also need to understand that no one knows the bottom until the bottom is reached and a new trend formation takes place, so unless you know what to be looking out for, you can wait before buying in, otherwise, just be picking it bit by bit.Patience as long as you have been holding is one virtue you need to imbibe right now as there is no other better way to be approaching a downtrend market than that, but the most important and best way is to be buying more.

Well everyone is lossing because we are on dip. But if we are going to hold and wait for the price to rise up high maybe we can recover our loss from the huge dip the we are now experiencing. I believe that the crypto market will recover soon. So then I believe that the best thing to do is to buy more and hold for good.

should be not a problem if you decide to hodl. you still hodling the same amount of coin, only difference is the USD price.
Trading is different on the other hand. if you afraid to continue to loose more coin, just stop and wait when you ready to trade again.

survive I think it's the best, I try to survive in the bad market conditions right now because I am optimistic and sure if in the future the potential for coins will be even greater. so this is a thing that is currently the best way out of despair with the current market situation. 
If you are fear of losing then better option is to let it go, dont force on yourself on expectations rather learn to work and then earn the face valued money. Dont just rely on speculation.

I will only tell you to hold if you can afford the risk of still losing your money. If not, the best thing to do at the moment would be to withdraw the funds you have in your Bitcoin wallet either to fiat or you can move it to USDT, so you don’t keep losing as price falls. The reason most of us keeps holding is because we believe that the price will go up anytime soon, but what if it doesn’t at last?

Don't regret and give up to try again, not easy but that's the right things. The problem is should I stay in crypto or leave and this is the biggest problems. Every person has their own consideration. Holding might be the best choice for now, but for those who have lose their faith of course they will stop holding their bitcoin. Just keep positive with market or maybe take a rest and get a holiday is good to stress relief. And then when you ready again, you can back to market and make sure not do same mistake that make you loss again.
