Moketillos, creo que lo ideal sería pasar una revisión completa en la BMW ya que ese dato es verificable en cualquier BMW de cualquier parte del mundo

en esta web https://www.juntadeandalucia.es/economiayhacienda/apl/surweb/modelos/modelo621/621.jsp puede verificar el comprador introduciendo tus datos DNI y Matrícula (no hace falta más) que el vehículo está a tu nombre y que tiene las características que tu indicas (fecha de 1ª matriculación, motor, potencia fiscal...) y con un seguro de la compañía que se haga cargo del envío a nombre del comprador (por si le pasa algo al coche en el trayecto y tener segura su inversión) que sea verificable por el comprador.

Además de todo esto necesitas una gestoría que trabaje o tenga contacto con el país del comprador porque el comprador debe firmar la compra ya que si no el coche seguiría siendo de tu posesión lo que puede resultar un problema.

obviusly is better to me to do this with escrow, but if you want to test the car to pay me, then come here and test it here, i will not pay 2000euros to ship the car and then you take it to have a funny time  and then say that you dont want it,

I know this is a Bitcoin forum but why not use ask John or Nanotube (he handled a 10000 BTC bet in the past) to escrow the transaction but ask them to exchange the BTC to USD or EUR which are much less volatile. Once Goat confirms he received the car and it's working fine, the Escrow will release either convert the funds back to BTC and send it to Moketillos or wire the USD, EUR or whatever currency directly.

Because it will be more of a hassle for the Escrow tip the person who does it at least 2% (or maybe 3% if the money is to be converted again, to BTC).

Just a suggestion, I just want more people to see Bitcoin used for bigger non-speculative transaction

Yes it can. You could also be sending something that isn't the car. Also I'm assuming the buyer will want to test the car before buying to make sure it works. No dealer sells a car without letting the buyer test it.

The shipping bill confirmation would be too easy to fake. You would have to wait for the car to be delivered and inspected.

Hm, I got an offer for a spanish car a while ago, was a scam.
I don't want to say moketillos offer could be illegit, but nobody with his head in the right place should buy anything for close to 10000 bucks if he can't be sure to get it, especially if he uses a irreversible transaction like BTC.
And a car? How do you know it's in good shape (technically speaking) without looking at it?

But, well, if you wanted to take holidays in Spain anyway, than why not?
Just make sure to include the Bitcoin payment (including a fresh target address) in the contract.
That way, neither the buyer nor the seller can argue there was no transaction.
