I wont tell that the decision is right or wrong but i can give suggestion that without selling his house he can go to bank and mortgage his house. Like this he can have his house and with that mortgage amount he should have bought litecoin on low and on high would have sold it and now would have sat on big profit without selling his house.

the guy made a huge gamble sold his house just to buy litecoin but this guy still have no plan to sell his litecoin and still on market waiting for the price increase , he have no plan to sell some of his litecoin just to buy a house

i think its still not worth to sold his house just to buy litecoin, because we need that house to protect us from the weather and anything especially if we have family with us. i think he don't have to sold his house and he can only buy litecoin with his money, but all in all, its his decision because no matter what we can tell him, i think he don't listen to us.

This man is a true gambler of altcoin in history that he can afford to sell hes house because of altcoin! but this act is very dangerous that only few people can do. For me I won't do such things. But it depends on every one of us on how we deal our life in every seconds. If he is lucky he maybe a millionaire or if not then he go start over again and lost his house.

This kind of actions are extremely dangerous. Please keep yourselves away from risky sell outs to buy some digital altcoins. If you wanna buy some, buy with the Money you already have without selling your estate.

This is pretty amazing. This guy somehow nailed it and is now 200% up at least. He somehow saw how the simplicity of Litecoin would be it's killer app. Im not sure if he is aware of segwit and he predicted how segwit would fail for Bitcoin and Litecoin had higher chances at getting it activated and moving a lot of capital there, but in any case, this man went all in and he's now making some killer gains.

go ahead idiots further blow up the bubble as long is it works

He hasn't sold his house yet  Cry
Yeah, I saw it last week. He said he hadn't sold the house yet, and wanted to see the price of Litecoin drop so he could buy it cheaper. I have not seen the latest videos though, maybe he made some progress on that.

That's unfortunate. If he managed to sell his house, depending on how his house is and I assume it's a modest one, but it would still have delivered some killer gains, at least half a million USD for a decent house.
Half million is kind of less and getting a house comes with way more expenses, the best option is to rent an apartment.
About litecoin now of course this video is old but i wouldn't support nor do anything dumb like as who knew that the price of ltc would boom and home is something you need it like it isn't optional at all, we should always invest our extra funds in crypto

I am a bit surprised that somebody who has the capability to do such a move has such a conservative investment like a house.
But on the other hand even though it seems way to risky, it could become the best decision of his life.

Many people keep their houses not why they see it is as investment but because this is a part of their lives or because they want to have a steady 'base'. Maybe this was a legacy from his parents.

So almost two months later and while it was/is a risk,
I think it was a pretty good call!

Dollar value today is $2763.71 and back on the 3rd
of April was $1129.90, nice return eh?
Have you even read the thread title? We're talking about LITECOIN here and you're listing the Bitcoin prices....
People selling houses for Bitcoin has already happened btw, found a story of a guy in Canada selling his house for Bitcoin.

Ah I misunderstood the OP "and he predicted how segwit would fail for Bitcoin" I have
bitcoin on the brain by watching it rise. but yes to quote numbers for litecoin for April 3rd
was around $8 and now its $35.66 which in actual fact he made to date, [provided he has
still his investment in litecoin
]
has made exactly twice as much as investing in Bitcoin!!

Come on, guys, he won't sell his house. If he does, he's either stupid or crazy.
Or he can be the richest man on earth after 20 years. LOL I can not imagine how his wife or his family accept his activity here. But If I get approved, I will sell either my house and my wife to by cryptocurrency

this is too risky, one still has a life to live on besides cryptos

If he can double his money, then he can buy his house back.
