@SFR10, there are instances where the image can't be displayed properly in bitcointalk even if you wait for like few minutes after it says "upload completed" and there are these images that can be displayed right after the completion of the upload.

This is an example of link in which it displays proxy error even if it has "https" protocol, that's the link of my final entry in roobet contest.

A bit hard to guess without giving some links as an example but I've noticed an issue in recent months that if you try to copy the code right after it says "Upload completed", you'll get a different code that comes with a combination of letter/numbers and hyphen sequences ^{[it doesn't happen all the time]}.

In case that's what you're referring to, all you have to do is to wait a bit longer before copying the code.

I noticed that too on other collectibles thread that was posted years ago due to posting http:// only images with "Bitcointalk.org image proxy" error you can test it when clicking preview and will show when posted with https://.

I didn't faced any issues when I posted an uploaded pic from imgur recently. Normally I copy past the BBcode in the copy link section and never had any issues on bitcointalk while posing them.

Hey! Is there anyone who is experiencing some bug with regards to posting an image using imgur as their image hosting site?

I usually follow the general concept of using imgur as stated with this thread considering that all images are not uploaded in an album.

I also noticed that there is a particular link where you can copy in imgur which uses "http" making the image appear as a proxy error in bitcointalk. It is not a big deal though since you can manually change it to "https". However, there are some instances that the image appeared to be missing when you are copying a BBcode link dedicated for the forum even though it uses "https" protocol Huh

Kinda weird because some images are working perfectly and some are not. Though there are some alternative image hosting site, I particularly like imgur because it does not affect the original size and the resolution of the image when you are about to publish it online. I wonder if it has something to do with the file size or the image dimension.
