Fear of diabetes usually keeps me from drinking alcohol. I saw the pain and agony of patients in my local hospitals.
In my country, alcoholism is an epidemic of this simultaneous and a clear example of what it leads to.

My parents have never touched alcohol in their life, and yet they are suffering from diabetes. I consume alcohol (although not regularly), and therefore my chances of contracting diabetes will be even higher.

Hi guys. Just wanted to know whether drinking is good or bad for our health...first of all i drink every weekend because i feel refreshed after a heavy week of work..  After i drink i take a lot of food and have a nice sleep....I do not have any kind of headache or anything after drinking but will it affect me in the future.... My dad almost drinks everyday right from his childhood may b at the age of 18 but my dad is healthy and strong even after drinking so many years... Thanks to god for that....... Any way,  When it comes to your health, is it better to drink or not to drink?

That's one of another reasons why other people commit suicide and insanity.

Alcoholism has been called the most serious drug problem in terms of number of victims and cost to society. Most of us are all too aware of being intoxicated can lead us into a situation or scenario we would otherwise avoid if sober. Drinking can increase a person's likelihood of getting into fights, displaying disorderly conduct in public, driving under the influence, and becoming involved in domestic disputes or violence and having no memory of their actions.

Moderate drinking is alright but drinking excessively can wear out the body. Alcohol not only kills brain cells, but when taken in profusion it has almost no constructive effects. Sure it can make one overlook his/her problems, but the consequence of drinking in excess far outweigh the benefits. The abuse of alcohol over long periods of time may also cause diseases such as cirrhosis, acute alcohol hepatitis, and the most severe liver disease.

Drinking also makes it difficult for your brain to create long-term memories. alcohol abuse can also cause permanent brain damage.alcohol is bad for your liver.Cirrhosis occurs when the liver cells are damaged and replaced by scar tissue because of chronic inflammation. The inflammation can develop because of chronic viral hepatitis, fatty liver disease, unsafe consumption of alcohol, some drugs and harmful substances.
Therefore you can maintain your health well by controlling the heavy drinks taking
That will reduce the impact of drinking alcohol to your health.
