I sometimes drink alcohol on a holiday, but then I do not feel very good. I think this is really harmful for the body and you need to give it up completely or reduce the dose.

Drinking too much, on a single occasion or over time, can take a serious toll on your health. Can affect your brain, heart, liver, pancreas, it can increase your risk of developing certain cancers and can weaken your immune system. Nothing in excess is good.

Alcohol has a negative effect on a person's consciousness and is not an effective way to raise mood or relieve stress, but on the contrary. It is better to stop using it altogether.

Alcoholic drinks have advantages and disadvantages like anyother product in this planet.
It is unhealthy to drink alcohol everyday, it makes liver deseases.
But a little quantity (per week) can help your stomach to digest the food you ate.

As far as i know, MODERATE drinking of alcohol specifically beer and wine is beneficial for our heart and our health. BUT, i emphasized moderate because drinking too much alcohol has a lot of bad effects in our body.

the impact stems as well from the reasons you drink, right? Drinking to elevate your feelings when in a good mood and trying to drink out your problems aren't the same things. Obviously, the latter will drive you to drink more.

Drinking of alcohol have a high impact to our body. If we drink moderate amount of alcohol, it can lessen the chance of having a diabetes and high blood pressure. But if a person drinks alcohol with large amount expect that disaster will come to you. You will experience tremor, anxiety, stroke and cancer. We should drink moderately and responsibly to avoid all the problems that we might face in drinking alcohol always.

Alcohol affects the whole body negatively and can lead to bad consequences. In order to stay alive and healthy as long as possible, I recommend refraining from drinking alcohol.

Hi guys. Just wanted to know whether drinking is good or bad for our health...first of all i drink every weekend because i feel refreshed after a heavy week of work..  After i drink i take a lot of food and have a nice sleep....I do not have any kind of headache or anything after drinking but will it affect me in the future.... My dad almost drinks everyday right from his childhood may b at the age of 18 but my dad is healthy and strong even after drinking so many years... Thanks to god for that....... Any way,  When it comes to your health, is it better to drink or not to drink?
based on studies, two bottles of beer a day won't hurt. But don't get it wrong. Doesn't mean that if you did not drink for five days then you got 10 bottles to drop over the weekend. As a heavy drinker myself, id hope that is the case but it ain't. Moderation is the key.

Yes. Maybe your dad is a responsible and moderate drinker so that is why he is still healthy. It okay to drink as long as you consumes healthy food and do regular exercises.

I had been drinking alcohol once out of curiosity, it was uncomfortable and made my stomach hot.
I wonder why anyone there is addicted to drinking alcohol?

It's effects vary from one person to another. Perhaps with more exposure to alcohol drinking you'll get used to it and you may even enjoy the tipsy feeling it brings. I think its better that you stay that way and avoid getting used to it

Discipline starts at the home in your early age because drinking alcohol is not good for the health. We already know the lessons from the adults. Parents can educate their children not to engage alcoholism.

In 90% of the cases, the children of drunkards end up as drunkards themselves. That is why the child protection services around the world usually take such children from their homes and place for adoption. But even among the kids who are placed in forster-care, the rates of alcoholism remains high, on top of the emotional trauma resulted from the break-up of family.

Mentioning about the family, it is actually the main reason I see why youth were able to learn to drink alcohol at very young age.  They find ways to relieve the stress, depression and sadness they experienced.  As a result they saw some relief of these by having friends who are into vice of drinking alcohol.  They said that if you start to drink alcohol at young age tendency is for you to become a drinker until the very end of your life.
