I have a friend, when she was drinking much alcohol she become wild, and sometimes i fell she want trouble, really bad for her. We need alcohol in our body, but not too much, so do not abuse it, just drink enough.

Unlike the popular narrative and the negativity attached to alcohol. Alcohol is known to be very good for the heart. To the large extent, moderate consumption of alcohol relief stress and depression and bring about increased social integration! A pint of beer after a hard day job will be just fine.

Of course drinking damages your health , It has detrimental effect on your liver and other viscuses. It does't give you chill. On the contrary, drinking numbs your body system.

Studies have shown that some alcohol types have some great health benefits if it is drunk moderately, when abused its effects are in the long term deadly to the human and the same goes for every good thing, when its done for a long time and abused it never ends well at all.

Drinking everyday definitely isn't good for your health.
Drinking sometimes with friends partying isn't bad, but drinking alone is a big no no.

Drinking alone is the best. If you drink alcohol in groups, then there is a trend to consume more liquor. This in turn can be detrimental to your health. But if it is limited to once in a while, then I don't think that there should be any problem.
Drinking alone is a sign of alcoholism. I don't drink to get drunk and not in control of my mind. Alcohol for me is a process of communication and it is not integral to this process. The amount of alcohol consumed is governed by each person alone because the degree of alcohol tolerance from person to person.

Yes, the degree of alcohol tolerance varies from one person to another.  Although it is quite good to drink with friends or a group but be sure that there would be no criminality involves after.  Like a rape case for example, a girl here had a drinking spree with her friends who were all male.  After they were too drunk, this girl was raped.  I actually do not felt any mercy with the girl because it is her choice.  She already knows what will happened because it happened sometimes.

Drinking alcohol can be bad for the body, but drinking alcohol is not a problem if it is done only occasionally, do not drink alcohol too often because it is not good for the body. In essence, the adverse effects of drinking alcohol will be felt when we drink it too often and too much.

That may be true. But what I said stands. It is difficult to control the quantity of your liquor intake, if you are drinking in a group. Drinking alone is not that bad, if you can limit yourself to one or two drinks a day.

Alcohol is actually good for the health, but like any other things in life you must learn to control yourself and moderate yourself to drinking alcohol. I would suggest you to try visiting gym to kill all negative emotions during a day - it really helps. Just try to do it at least 2 or times a week and you won't regret  Wink

As with everything else in life, all is OK in moderation

So if i am not wrong you trying to tell that its not a big deal to drink in this modern culture.... But dont you feel that drinking causes a lot of problems...
Drinking alcohol is definitely not good for your body. Causes of many diseases. Many drunks cause unfortunate consequences. But actually the cup of wine is very helpful for their work, fun, party, wedding indispensable wine glasses happy.

Some says that our body also need an alcohol. Drinking too much and make it habit that come to addiction is bad.

Other people drink alcohol to forget problems for a moment but I think drinking also cause a problem.

I used to drink almost daily during my college days, and it had an effect on my health. I had to reduce drinking due to health issues. Now I drink on rare occasions, and not more than 3-4 times a month.

Drinking alcohol is okay if you do it moderately. A glass of wine a day is fine because it helps in burning calories since the effects be like taking an hour visit to the gym.

Drinking alcohol is somehow good for our body. According to research, Alcohol can help you boost your metabolism and somehow improves the regulation of blood into your system. The only thing that cause the damage is again the addiction. Too much alcohol can cause for your liver to crash, and diabetes. If you drink moderately I think its good and just remember not abuse  to your body.
