The Impact of Social Media is a state where a person is dependent on the latest technology, a change that occurs from the impact of social media in which humans become anti-social creatures. Almost all circles have been using the name of social media. The development of social media technology is already mushrooming and rooted in everyday life and has changed the lifestyle and even mindset. But it all goes back to the person who uses it. Social media is a big impact to anyone else,i just wondered who didn't because even people who lives in mountain can relate,coz there's a lot of way to be connected.Anything that happened worldwide is influenced by it,and we we're not surprised what comes next.

Because of social media the connection of every country is possible..  And now also it is very easy to transfer the information we want to convey..  But we all know againd beyond the advantage of this things there is also disadvantage..  The people tends to invest all of their time using this rather than to work.. It makes people lazy for me..

I believe that social media is an awesome tool for us to communicate with people around us. It can connect us to love ones all around the world. It could also let us share our passion with like minded individuals. We could share our opinions and knowledge to alot of people instantly. We have access to almost unlimited number of information and even be updated about what's happening to places we haven't been in. The negative effects of social media stems from our lack of self control.

Social media has both negative and positive impact.
Positive:
1. It serves as a way to meet long lost friend or family
2. It saves life's precious moments thru photos and videos
3. It makes it easier to contact people
Negative:
1. It is a way for other people to create fraud or scam
2. It can lead to cyber bullying
3. It can cause robbery because it's easier to stalk someone

Social media has a negative and positive impact in our daily life.Sometimes they use social media to do crimes and or negative transactions that makes a bad  impact  to the people.

Social media has both positive and negative impact on our society today. The positive side may stem from the fact that it has made human communications very simple and faster than ever. Advertisements are run so simply and easily on these social platforms. It has generated a lot of employment and at the long run promotes the economy. The negative side may stem from the fact that it has created a lot of social narcissist - the selfie-craze(narcissism) era where psychiatrists consider as a minor mental disorder. Others also spend a lot of time chatting on these platforms neglecting productive works.

Agreed HereNow it takes too much time. I would rather go to coffee or get a drink with my friends than to look what they are doing from my phone/computer. Social media is an obsession people can't resist the "dring dring" sound when a new message comes.

it has become so strong, you start even spending on it the majority of time you have. unfortunatelly, some people are so deeply stuck in it, their whole life has become a social media...

I can say that social media have a BIG BIG IMPACT in our lives nowadays. On this day, billions of people are using social media. Yes it can help us to communicate to everyone in the world, we can do business as well with the help of social media. But on the other hand its not healthy as well many people are getting problem because of social media, and introduce it to kids nowadays is a bad idea. really.

You have a point, though you are pertaining to media alone, some of the articles written in social media platforms sometimes have a misleading title and sometimes the content itself is sometimes bias and just wanted to show one side where the author is connected.

Anyway, sometimes when I'm alone, I do use facebook to communicate with my family, but most of the time just looking at the marketplace. But when I'm at home and everyone is around I usually just watch TV together with them.

Honestly i have no social media account and so i am not wasting my time on them

I was just discussing with a friend that media has been that much overflow of information that people now care only about slogans and title, never to content. That can be took as a sort of defense of overflow of information and is valid for social media as well

Social medias definetly have a huge impact on how we behave toward each other. Probably even more for childrens...

Some research argue that this stuff acts like drugs on your brain (notifications...), while at the same time its creating a generation of lonely ppl...

So true social media is taking too much of our time we forget to have time with our family or have a quality time with them or even with our love ones,
I think kids nowadays depend too much in the social media there are some teens who are so into it that they are finding a lover in a social media.

Social media has helped in good and bad ways. Good ways: helping people market and advertise their products/services. helped in global election monitoring.. easy access to information and knowledge
Bad Ways: encouraging fraudulent activities.. source of power for terrorism... insecurities among lovers/couples etc

Like the negative and positive benefits of using social media, all return to the wearer. Social media lay liaison tools and we as users should be familiar with the good and wise

There is always Pros and Cons of this things in our life and I'm pretty sure you know it without much elaboration or explanation because we all see it, heard it and feel it...all we have to do is to be responsible and accountable to everything we see, watch and post in it.. because it can either be our greater blessing or biggest nightmare..what would you choose? are you going to be a catalyst of change or what? it's all depend on us, we must balance everything and get the good things from it and leave those what you think will ruin us.
