It sounds familiar to me and I think it is normal to happen when you are not in focus at playing. May the others is a newbie mistake but it can happen also to oldies...Then we ask, whos gonna be blamed for that mistake? Its gonna be our fault and makes no reason why we have to complain and change our bet. It gladly that it was just 1 ETH coz it could really be devastating when you place 1 BTC... Angry

It for sure you've learned that mistake but you can't assure that it won't happen again. To prevent this from happening again, it is most important to clear our mind and focus on what we are doing, it for sure it won't lead you anywhere.

It happened to me before but the difference is that my coins is not that much as yours but I bet all my coins at that time and lose, I think gambling casino should create a pop up that will notify the users that he/she is betting a big amount maybe an option that can be customized for example you set your max bet of 0.05ETH and if you bet and exceeds at that amount a notification will pop up and will ask if you are sure about it.

But imagine if you've won, you would have not to blame anybody, it's part of the game to be very attentive, that is why those who drink and gamble has a lower chance of winning the game of gambling, concentration and focus is very important if you want to stay in the game and possibly win.

Are you able to set an upper limit on the amount you bet to prevent such an occurrence from happening again? That's quite a stark contrast going from such a small value to a much larger value - You might also want to look at limiting the amount you have on the casino at any one time if you can't limit the bets it accepts.

Mistakes are inevitable for sometimes due to some circumstances yet we arent perfect and there are really times that we do press accidentally.
Outcome would either be good or bad since theres only two results would shown up, if youre lucky enough then that accidentally bet would really
result into win but if not then it would really be a big regret or frustration.

I can see how this can be super annoying. Perhaps, you could suggest to the casino owner (i assume this was online) to add a feature where this UI interaction would need to be confirmed before raising with a specific value, this is how at the moment I imaging this issue could be prevented as I'm sure you're not the only one this has happened to.

The system assume that you really meant to bet that amount but adding this feature is great, but there should also have an option to turn this thing off, because it will be annoying if it will keep on popping up this confirmation that you want to proceed with the bet.

I experienced that one time and was schocked to see all my funds gone with one bet without me knowing it, but it was a learning experienced for me it made me realize to be more attentive in placing a bet, because you can miss and lose everything in an instant.

Its an expensive mistake but you will learn from it. I had a costly mistake as well and that is by using the automated betting in dice sites. So what happened is I used automated betting, then set the options to increase % when I win and increase % when I lose. This means regardless of whats the outcome, my bet size will increase. The problem is I switched to another game and used the auto bet as well, but this time the system continued to use the settings from the other game I played. Unknowingly my bet jacked up to 0.01BTC per roll and its very costly.

Even not playing Roulette you must always do double checking everytime we playing because it can lessen us to make mistake. Also doing it everytime possible to lead in successful playing even sometime the outcome is not good still no regret because you do your part just learn from it.

This advice shouldn't only apply to Roulette games or gambling per se but should become a common everyday practice since same mistake can be experience in other fields or game. For example, the other day I lost a chance of getting something out of the game I predicted just because I was to quick to hit the lock button without cross checking my pick as I usually do. In one of the games of last week, I initially wanted to go for a 2:1 win in favor of Southampton in the game against Aston Villa but instead my bet was on a draw.

Although the game ended 3:1 in favor of Southampton which means my initial prediction would had been wrong but it would had atleast given me some points since the prediction was close but instead i lost everything due to my carelessness, (not double checking before placing my bet).
