Have you tried restarting your router or whatever your internet device is.
Bitcointalk.org does not require too mh data so you will be able to access it without any problem but id it is the sites that you mentiones it requires a better internet speed.

@radhwane, maybe for now continue using VPN to access those sites. Try it again tomorrow or any other day without VPN just so you know if it's really the government banning it or not. I have the same opinion with jaceefrost because I'm also having this problem only when my connection is slow and it's not limited to bitcoin related sites, sometimes even on a Google sheet with lots of data. i'm sure that governments start banning sites related to bitcoin this problem happen today

I'm a little bit curious on why several users are experiencing the same problem.I tried to use a proxy (Kproxy.com) as stated above and It's working fine and same thing goes with using an VPN but things are so slow so I assume that the government did indeed block the website , and no It has nothing to do with the internet speed as I can play some games without even lagging.
