Anyone else here impulse gamble?

After a bad day of trading, I sometimes hit the dice and try to go positive. Most of the time I end up losing even more. I can't control it.
If you do enjoy it then its just fine since playing gambling in times of frustration or stress does really relief it and if you only lose small amounts then it should be fine but if we are already talking about big amounts of lose then better to change that habit and instead you are striving hard to make profits on trading you are just losing them on playing gambling which its just a pointless thing to do afterall. Only play if you do tired on making trading since we do really need it for sometimes.

Yeah mate, its fine as long as small amounts only. But if you are really streass, I don't think that one should gamble at all. Because when you are stress, you can control your emotions and maybe you will loss big amount. So its also not good I think. I once do it when I was stress from work and play on weekends, but it just added another stress on my mind when I loss.

Yep that will be fine if you are going to do this method with small amount. Because you can have big chance of winning with this method and the chance of losing will not be that heavy if you are going to do this thing. Since op mentioned that he can't control it, that's a problem already. You should focus more for resolving this addiction first before the positive result of doing this method.

Yes I tried impulse gambling and it's really hard to control when I think I'm lucky enough. I'm losing on my own control when doing this. But just like you OP and others I'm also falling into the same result of frustration and I don't want to keep on going further because it can be worse.

I did this before and when I'm in mood and doesn't have something to do my money/bitcoin I just want to do this when I'm at rage.

After a bad day of trading, I sometimes hit the dice and try to go positive. Most of the time I end up losing even more. I can't control it.

That's why it is called impulse as you will have no control for it and most of the time we do have the same result with it, we are having hard time to win with this type of gambling.

That's the thing, you shouldn't try to hit goals when gambling because you could waste all your fund trying to reach them. Just go in it to waste some time, or have some fun. All with small amounts each time, win or lose, just get away quickly.

But that is the problem here, impulse gamblers can't control themselves. It is the worst way you can be a gambler. If you are an impulse gambler, you are not thinking straight, you just think that gambling is your thing and no one will stol you from doing it. You do things so you can gamble like borrowing or even being a thief. It is the type of gambler where they are like attracting by the casino like a magnet amd they will never mind because they like it, they have no control and needs a treatment by psychologists.
Getting professional help is not a bad idea if you can't help yourself. First step is to accept that you're impulsive with gambling through, but I don't disagree. If someone can't set limits to his gambling and instead sets fails at self set goals (that are doomed to fail), then getting help would be needed.

Anyone else here impulse gamble?

After a bad day of trading, I sometimes hit the dice and try to go positive. Most of the time I end up losing even more. I can't control it.
Same here
After losing so much on the nba I move to betting on esports hoping to climb my way back up. I win some and lose some  but after that experience I learned to manage my bets and don't try to chase my losses. I think it's because of greed too that's why this is happening because we want to gain back what we lost instead of moving on.

No part of us where not able to control emotions very badly, because we have lost money can't be restored in gambling, we tend to do in any way to take it out, the better we stop and do not think about at all for some time, and back with new thoughts and new capital to gamble.

I can relate to this!
I end up impulsively betting on sports with an urge to get rich quick scheme if I see crazy odds. The impulsive behavior is due to either bad that at work or most of the times its just trying to recover previous losses. This is not good for life anyway, first indications that you're allowing yourself to get addicted to gambling.

This is usual for the most of the people because in reality they starts doing work without study and help or any suggestion by anyone .
In the beginning I also get loss in the trading and I also get entered in the gambling by mistake and lost my all deposits .
Here most better thing to make earning is that  we need experience of find and loss .
Here you already made loss , now it is time to think to do in better way .
Here I will advice to buy altcoins at bid of low price and then place it for the sell at high rate in advance ( this is 100% working stretagy for me to make earning ) .
I tried every ways of trading and gambling but at the last I found only trading which results into Profit for , when you want to buy any altcoin then make sure that altcoin is at the low price in the month .

Yeah, same.
What usually happens to me is that I have a really rough day at work or something, and then I seek some rewards through gambling.
Of course, without even thinking about my actions or its potential to destroy my finances, i start gambling.
Usually, it ends always very badly, with me losing all of my money.

But now I've learned to control this gambling binge. I know that gambling won't work in the long run, so I only view it as entertainment.
Strictly entertainment, because if i go for the profit, i'll lose like always.
Think of gambling as a treat, not something you can make money out of. Just like eating candies Wink

gamble to vent frustration over the loss in trading it's the wrong thing better to defuse emotions by stopping the activities associated online and calm down.
I gamble if I still have more money in my pocket because I more priority main needs than pleasure, it's my impulse to gambling.

I've been there. Quite a lot of times. I also lose more when I do this and just end up losing a lot more than I lost in trading or on my sports betting. Dice is a killer really. You are better off just doing a yolo bet and wage all of your bankroll in one go and see what happens. I also can't control it sometimes, maybe the trick is not think about it since that's what I do when I lose.

I think all gambling is considered impulse gambling. Is it not? I mean, who decides that they're going to go(probably) lose money in a week or two? It's on the impulse that you can(possibly) win money that you go gambling.

You need to focus when you gamble, when you are in bad mood you tend to can't control your emotions and the more you lose the more you want to win it more, it's better to not gamble when you are in bad mood, it's not going to release your stress but adding your stress

It is correct when one is not in a good mode then should avoid gambling otherwise they can't focus on whatever the strategy they want to use it. After some losses, if you continue gambling then most people will tend to recover their money as soon as possible, and in that mindset, they can't stick to their strategy and end up lose more money. Always play gambling games when you're more relaxed so you can concentrate on your games.

So you know that you are pretty much addicted and using gambling as vent to relive your stress and do nothing about it?
Or it is not a problem for you at all?

Best advice I can give you, I know it is easy for me to say it, but listen: try to stop, while you still can, and you have money to spare.
From my experience I know that it won't be better, only worse.
