I would not believe in fairy tales that many members of our beloved forum are telling today, but I still think that there is an opportunity to earn not bad money, but not so much, because in general it is still earnings and not how many people think the usual pyramid.
It's a two side of coin, your $20 could be worth so much money by then or it could worth nothing by then, there is no guaranty in the crypto space, anything can happen, so don't hope too much.

let's be realistic and yet recognize that these are very high expectations from the cryptocurrency market. growth of course will be but not so cosmic
I see only few coins achieving this high value. Those coins will have to be low supply coins for the value to rise so high. They would have stopped mining it in ten years time and only very limited supply with widespread adoption will make it very expensive to buy

I think it's unlikely that this will happen. You can keep any cryptos, but there is no guarantee that they will still exist after 10 years. Therefore, it is better to sell when they are more expensive and then buy again when they fall in price. It's better than keeping them 10 years without moving)

if your coin are still having good support for 10 year, may be it will.
but if your coin like Zoin, they have good dev and community, but they choose to fork coin.

Why only $20 if you truly believe in that project you should invest more than you can afford, you have a lot to feel sorry, if those $20 really turns thousands of dollars because you could have more if you invest hundred dollars more, but ten years is such a long year.
