I don't care if it's the person who gives you negative feedback. Moreover, I have also seen the reference and I think that you are an honest and responsible person. We are human and as humans we are not perfect. Sometimes we make mistakes and I think that's normal. I have also made mistakes in the past. But how we face those mistakes and resolve them will show us whether we are good people or not.

And in this case I 100% believe you are a good person. A hard working campaign manager who is very friendly towards participants. I was touched when I saw you patiently giving advice if a participant made a mistake. And on the other hand, you are also very firm when they still make the same mistake after you give them a second chance. So for me, this is an attitude that shows that Royse777 is an honest, hard working and responsible person so he has the qualifications to be the best campaign manager on this forum!

Yes, I'm an asshole
A tad bit late [or very much late] to give my comment here, as I've been wanting to wrote something about my experience working together with this BM for a long time, and I personally think Royse is one of a bounty manager [or management] that goes to a length to promote projects.

Not only he reviewed and criticize each of the participants weekly to ensure the participants maintain certain quality and thus benefitting the projects that hires his campaign management, he also tailored everything to ensure maximum exposure of the project he promoted. He does a lot, but I'll emphasize on the criticising each participant, because I think there's not much campaign manager who do this and I'm still in awe up to these days. He literally read each post, measured their quality and what to improve, give a fair warning for those low-quality posters to improve their posts, and when they keep failing, replacing them with better posters.

Below is just a sample of how he analyze posts. I picked this simply because this one have his username on it, to prove that it is not another manager's spreadsheet. If anyone wanted to look, there are more pages like this on his spreadsheets, with even more comments and inputs to each of his participants, usually on the earlier part of a campaign when he has to tailor the group, hand-picking, accepting enrollment, selecting, and eliminating participants to better fit the campaign they promoted, and then everything will sail smoothly.

tl;dr: you're in a good hand if you have Royse777 as your manager. And I am saying this to both project owner and campaign participants.

Since when suchmoon and JellyGood became a trustworthy witness to determine whether someone is trustworthy or not, based on their words? I mean at least they should have used someone "reputable" and they should have done this in public, because good people would never conspire against others secretly, maybe they were afraid of a community backlash? I doubt they even care what the community thinks of them as they have openly and blatantly abused the system many times. ( typical Lauda like behaviour, different usernames but the same dark souls residing inside).

The act of defaming others like this is the lowest of the lowest levels of humanity.  Honestly I'm not here to defend Royse777, I don't think there is any need to vouch for or defend him when people have eyes they can see the truth.

One thing I know for sure, evil is predestined to fail and lose at the end.

I don't see why somebody would take it on as a job to attack another man's business/potential clients; this is the dumbest thing I've ever seen. This is wrong. I previously underestimated Royse's management skills since I was looking at it from a distance, but as I came closer, I realised I was mistaken; I've been working for Royse for months and there have never been any payment issues. He accounts for every dime that passes through his fingers, and there have been no complaints about mismanagement or poor management of funds

He works his tail off to ensure that his clients get the most value for their money. Royse does not simply select users for a job; he selects the best and demands the best from the people he works with. Royse earned my respect even before I began working with him. Keep up your great work, Royse; you don't need public validation when your work history and forum reputation speak for itself. Keep up Royse!!!

I have also worked on his campaign. I do not count for how long I have worked, but I did not have any problem with his campaigns. I am a campaign participant and I can see how he cares about the quality of users' posts. Users get kicked out of the campaign if they cannot maintain the quality. This simply shows how he cares about his clients and their money. I would suggest his potential clients check the running projects that he is handling and how many projects he has handled so far. He does not have a single reason to scam anyone in the future. He can be a pretty good employe for your project. Good luck Roy!

Royse is one of the most generous and trusted members of the forum. I have worked with him on a few signature campaigns and found him very honest and a respect worthy person. Other than signature campaigns I have also worked with him on two review campaigns and I can proudly say that the person is an amazing manager. All the work that I have done with Royse went very smoothly and I received my payments on time. That shows how good he is in management of funds and campaigns and any business who hires him for such work will see great results without any doubt.

The members who are trying to degrade his reputation are the ones with internal hatred for him because I believe that Royse always give opportunity to the ones who deserve the opportunity. Royse is a manager who always give opportunity to the ones who work hard to contribute information on the forum. I got opportunity to work with Royse multiple times and surely I will love to work with him in future. I can confidently say that all the businesses, mixers, casinos, and other platforms that want to have proper marketing on this forum can trust Royse without any doubt.

What an interesting way to spend your time on Bitcointalk. Follow someone's business ventures and contact those they work with or could possibly work with in private and suggest to them to change their minds. The BitLucy campaign left a very sour taste in his mind.

For what it's worth, I have been a participant in some of your campaigns and haven't seen anything that would make me think twice about joining a campaign that you manage.

Royse is one of the most transparent and professional campaign managers I've ever interacted with.

On Sinbad mixer, I see him introducing innovative features that boost both the reward structure for the participants and the overall appeal of Sinbad, it's easy to conclude any enterprise that hires him for Bitcointalk will have made a wise business decision.

I worked with Royse777 in the Sinbad campaign and I had no single regret. He managed the campaign very well and there was no single issue. For the months I stayed on the project, everything was perfect. There is no need to doubt the competence and integrity of Royse.

Without fear or favor, I make bold to say this that Royse777 is amongst the best named managers on this platform. His services are well coordinated and are top notch. So far  my working with him have shaped my composition here on this platform. I have learnt a lot through his management styles. Little wonder he gets most of the best clients and services here on this platform. I must say this that his expertise is second to non and can not be compared in terms of achievements. So far, he has built a good reputation for himself here.

I just wanted to say what I know about my experience working with you on more than one signature campaign. You are professional.
There may be quite a lot of other advantages that Royse777 has in managing campaigns, but I want to say just one, Royse777 is a professional manager. My last experience under your management was the Sinbad signature campaign.

We definitely have flaws as humans. That's natural. Writing that is often written also has typing errors, such as missing one letter, inverted letter placement, but errors and errors can still be edited to make the writing perfect.

As humans, we are prone to make mistakes no matter how careful we can be , mistakes will always be made as its in our DNA...

Royse777 being human might have made some mistakes in the past of which he has paid for financially in trying to repair the damage done and redeeming himself over the years. But should these mistakes haunt him forever, no he/she deserves a second chance as his in good standing with the forum as can be seen by the several projects making use of his services running for several months without problems which is commendable!!

If anything, campaign management services are seasonal and at the moment his services are currently among the most sort after which shows how much work his put in rebranding him/herself to get a clean sleeve in terms of reputation.
All in All is a great manager. Cool

I don't actually see an urgent reason why you have to defend yourself. You may not have an unsullied reputation, but the trust feedback speaks for itself. You've got more than 20 green ones and only 2 red ones. In addition, you've also got solid and long-term clients. That must be something. To a company looking for an experienced and reliable campaign manager, that must weigh more than those below-the-belt PMs discouraging them of your services.

If I put myself in the shoes of one who is reasonable and who is tasked to look for a great manager, I'd probably be curious about those cheap shots, but they certainly won't make me decide right there and then that you're out of the list. You're definitely a top candidate. Again, you've got the reputation as well as an incredible portfolio.

This is the first time I've worked with Royse and I find him easy to deal with, managing 38 or more campaigns is a feat for a manager here you cannot do that if you have a low-level reputation and you are not backed up with a load of experience, one only needs to check his campaign rule to see how he goes the extra mile in his campaign for both the project he is working and campaign participants.
It's a win-win situation for the participants and the project, I always make it a point to recommend him if there's an opportunity, platforms who come here and need guidance on how everything works here should have Royse, and so I wish him success and be unbothered and concentrate on what he does best. Royce might not be the most reputable member of this forum, but I am sure that he is not a bad player.

Managing 38+ campaigns, and escrowing a significant amount of funds cannot be done by someone who does not have a serious reputation here. He had some falls, but in such situations, quality members are recognized, those who stand up after falling.

Royse777, I did not overlook your thread in Reputation, only some offline circumstances did not allow me to write a reply there. Now the topic is closed, but I will probably start a new one to respond to responsibility and give my opinion on the whole matter.

It is not easy to talk about a person like Royse777 in a brief or two paragraphs. He is a member with a long history full of accomplishments.

I know Royse777 since late 2019 when he launched lending services for the first time and although I did not deal with him in lending, but I was noticing how integrated and his competence to management business. Then we worked together in the signing campaign for Bestchange and we were together among the few who defended Bestchange because of the attack on the service by many members (that campaign is still active for nearly 4 years today). Then we discussed a few times within the donation campaign that he launched during the Covid19 crisis (at that time, i wanted to help some of the needy, but it was not possible for many reasons). After the end of the Bitlucy crisis, which Royse777 was involved in (I blamed him at that time for his poor management of the crisis before the matter was finally remedied), I joined many of the signature campaigns he managed. Frankly, I found that he is a wonderful person, very understanding and managing his campaigns with a lot of professionalism, providing safety and cost-effectiveness for both; advertisers and participants in the campaigns.

Just as I may thank him of his accomplishments in preserving Bitcointalk as a wonderful space that brings us together, I regret all the attacks led by many members who are jealous of his successes (there is no other explanation for all that drama led by some sick minds).

I trust you, I am in a campaign you are running and as I said in another post we have even done trades.

I have been an active member of the community since August 14, 2014, and I have been offering Bitcointalk Campaign Management (Signature & Bounty) for crypto projects since April 04, 2021. Throughout this longstanding relationship with the community, I have actively contributed to numerous historical events that support the Bitcoin community. Many members have vouched for my contributions multiple times. My feedback page, which currently boasts 20 positive feedback, serves as a substantial reference. Although there are 3 negative feedback from two different users. It simply explains that in 9 years of being part of a community, it is impossible to please everyone.
.....

And to a certain extent that sums it up. If you are more active then I am dealing with people in terms of campaigns and services then sooner or later something is going to go sideways and cause an issue.
Could it be your fault? Possible. Could it be someone else's fault? Also possible. BUT if you are the one here you are the 'face' of what is going on so it's going to come back on you. Even if you don't deserve it.

I would actually use the negatives as a selling point. Nobody is perfect. Something happened but you are still here doing campaigns. It's easy to trust people that have no negatives, but getting all these campaigns now shows that you are doing what you say and working your ass off to do it properly.

You didn't cut and run.

You could be here as Royce888 but you are not. You are here as you.

However, recently, I have considered it due to the false information being spread about my business by certain individuals. Over the years, I have also encountered jealousy from people, some of whom have gone to such extremes that one specific member called airfinex (though I believe there are a few others involved) has even contacted potential clients, attempting to dissuade them from hiring my services. An example of this is provided below.
It's ridiculous only a few people have treated you like this. You don't deserve this. This is too much to reach out to projects and send such a PM.

I have worked with Royse777 a lot of times. He was always professional and trusted with funds. This BitLucy is a very small part of his Bitcointalk forum journey but that must not anyhow reflect his reputation. He is/was such a nice guy that BitLucy owner deceived him so easily. But some people took that one single incident to damage his reputation. It doesn't make any sense. He has been trusted with a significant amount of funds. He already proved that he is trustworthy.

Goodnight, o_e_l_e_o 🌹
Royce might not be the most reputable member of this forum, but I am sure that he is not a bad player. For some times now he has cried out on some kind of reputational attacks of him which sometimes arises the case of doubt and uncertainty between him and his potential clients.
I also know that those clients who will be doubtful of the proficiency and sincerity of Royse77 are new to this forum. There is no one who has been here for months who will not vouch for Royse77.

This is a forum that gives people alot of freedom to act, especially the DT members but does not provide an opportunity to punish people who acted wrongly. Everyone will not like Royse77 which is understandable, but it is bad when such hatred is extended to his business and brand.
Royse77 is trustworthy.

I also give my opinion honestly. I have worked with Royse77 on more than one signature campaign and all of them were wonderful.

Royse77 has great professionalism in managing campaigns and is always trustworthy. There were no problems during those campaigns and things were going well and payments were made regularly without delays or errors. And everyone was satisfied (participants and the campaign team).

It is difficult to find someone capable of managing so many large campaigns without causing problems or errors unless he has sufficient skill and experience. During my time on the forum, I did not hear that any campaign team asked Royse77 to step down from the campaign, and this is (sufficient evidence) that His high professionalism and good management of the campaign.

Don't worry, Royse77, just carry on with your work professionally and honestly as you always did.
