Dogecoin is breaking records and is not going to stop However you are taking a risk, that "joke" is as in it is a joke that you laugh, not as in bad coin, and if you invest into a coin that is purely for joking reasons and you end up hoping Elon will one day tweet and make you rich, you are taking a risk, it could pay off, it did for so many people, but those people took a risk instead of do a proper investment.
Recently, I have been considering Dogecoin as a coin for long-term investments, recently the coin has been very surprised by the growth dynamics, and most importantly, when the market recently went down, DOGE was trading against the market and showed growth!
I am not too sure whether it was growth and whether the market could sustain this valuation for a long time or just a pump and dump and we will get the answers in a month or too if Doge is able to maintain the price then it is a new precedent we have not seen before. Usually if you check their pump history the price usually pumps once in a while and there is nothing wrong in investing couple of hundred Euro and wait for the pump and you could make a profit much bigger than some of the coins in the market. 
That's the main reason I joined. I had every opportunity to jump on Bitcoins the moment they came out, but I was stupid, and I didn't. Now there's all kinds of coins floating around worth real money.

Funny enough this address here was last used 7years ago, also it has about 2,000 dogecoin in it which it's currently worth approximately $630+,it's surprising to see people who believed in a coin at the very start even when the value was insignificant. So, I'm jumping on the *DOGECOIN*

The dogecoin community keeps getting bigger, and it's funny how dogecoin has gained more popularity than most potential cryptocurrencies in the market, buying dogecoin as a long term investment isn't that bad cause it seems like dogecoin reach the $1 target is not that hard any more, it has all it needs now to grow tweets from Elon musk and a large community.

Doge is around for some time, and after Elon Musk things started to be crazy for Doge! In one moment (if not still?!) Doge is more expensive than Tron, Digibyte? C'mon people, Doge did something amazing, and I don't have a clue where is the end of this Doge rise... to $1?!
