After the rise of digital transaction with the Fiat currency itself no physical notes are not that much useful for us. Even when the digital currencies reached all the corners means craze of Fiat money will be erased.
In the future, as now, the financial system will dominate. Fiat money is needed to provide it, otherwise it will not work. What kind of fiat money it will have, cash or fully digital, we will know soon. It is clearly visible that the world is moving from material money to digital.
As long as there are financial systems in the future, money will not be obsolete. I mean banks is a business, so I doubt people from behind or even governments will simply allow FIAT to be eaten alive by crypto or at least another form of cashless society.

I think that our grandmother won't use Crypto as a transaction tool. surely the fiat money will still be used again. because the old people did not know the name of technology well. so implementing crypto for everyday transactions is indeed difficult.

Fiat currencies will continue to exist. Not everyone are blockchain or crypto literate to force them to use it. Also there are some countries where internet connection is not that fast. If that would really be implemented, countries with slow internet should do something about that first.
Fiat currencies will not go away just like that, obviously, it will continue to exist since there is a lot of countries that disagree with the decentralization of crypto currencies or the idea of having a digital currency as their main currency. I know it's funny to say this but I'm certain that those who are rich and feeling rich are going to treat fiat as a 'currency of the poor'. I don't doubt about bitcoin's capacity to outgrow persistently bountiful in the future as it had developed promisingly. But I think using fiat currency will continue to explore in our daily necessities and for an urgent matter as it had been part of our daily lives.
what about fiat currency using blockchain technology? I think that they will turn into this. Governments and Central bancks could transform Fiat into global stablecoin backed by technology but centralizing it and controlling it. So like it is now, but safest.
