The only situation that might be the reason of the death of bitcoin is when there is no community or supporters that are supporting bitcoin already. This will never happen because there is a large community already behind bitcoin and other digital currencies.

How and why would the end of bitcoin (and any other cryptocurrency) occur? Value decrease? Legality issues? Different technology/ideas to supersede it?

i think bitcoin will die if developers do not try to do anything to help it and pool developers still want to control bitcoin and the hashrate. Bitcoin is an origin crypto and it is very good to use and  if people stop using it or its value goes down to zero level in future and I am not seeing both the things happening as bitcoin is becoming more popular now and we can expect that it will be the currency of the future.

There will be some reasons but most probably value decrease and government legalization issues. hope it will not happen though.
If governments make it hard to buy or sell cryptocurrency and BITCOIN then the prices will drop hard but depends on which countries do that as well IMO

in my opinion, bitcoin will die when people start not to believe anymore with bitcoin, no longer useful and the prohibition of the use of the bitcoin in each country.

bitcoin will die if the amount is exhausted. but not with the transaction because bitcoin is very influential in the world of cryptocurrency. and also in situations prohibited by all countries.

bitcoin can't die in any condition or circumstance. In spite of the fact that there are circumstance that can impact bitcoin up as far as possible yet at the same time it can't cause bitcoin to bite the dust, for instance the expanding exchange expense can impact bitcoin a ton and the continue increase in transaction fee. But i trust bitcoin would never die.

Bitcoin can die in future if it faces a tough competition from any newly launched coin and that is possible as technology is advancing and anything is possible in future so in that case bitcoin can die or simply disappear from the crypto world.

The situation that can make bitcoin die is,
when the bitcoin user has left bitcoin, and never use it again.
But i think that is not gonna happening. Because the bitcoin demands is far from low now.

When the bitcoin supply was gone, because it has been discharged mined, and it makes the bitcoin price more expensive, then transaction fees will no doubt be higher. If that happens, it is certain that bitcoin will be abandoned by its users and will become a worthless crypto that will eventually die and burn.

It would die from an EMP, it would die if someone somehow found a security breech in the bitcoin blockchain.  It might die if some super genius developed a quantum computer that could hack bitcoin wallets.

Bitcoin will only die if no one believed on it anymore, or no one using and no one is intereated on it. This is possible if any government will totally banned bitcoin. So basically bitcoin will only die in that certain country. Even though you have your bitcoin, its useless in a country that bitcoin is being banned.

It can die in future only if there is no the demand of bitcoin  or people stop using it but I don't think it will ever happen. And Government cannot interfere in it as it is a decentralized currency

That is correct, it must take all of us to stop using bitcoin for it to become worthless or die because at that point there will be no demand  for it on the market and the interest amongst people around the world might have stopped for all to abandon it globally.

I think if the Internet disappeared, then bitcoin could die.
If countries around the world ban bitcoin, bitcoin will soon disappear.
In addition to these two assumptions, I think bitcoin will always be there.
I also think the same thing that could die bitcoin. Yes if internet get lost, and probably disappeared in our society it would be a dark days of bitcoin. Of course internet is our only means to get in into the wolf of digital currency. So if it were disappeared do we have any way to get into it?

You can say that bitcoin is already dying slowly. If, for a fairly long time, its shortcomings are not eliminated due to slow and hanging transactions, as well as expensive commission fees, bitcoin seems to die slowly and will be replaced by more successful coins. Therefore, everything is in the hands of bitcoin developers. Investors will not support the non-functional Crypto currency and switch to others, which is already gradually being done.

For me, one thing that will make bitcoin non-existent in a certain country is that when the the government decided to ban it in their nations internet. Blocking its IPs and Stating it as an illegal transaction. that is the time when bitcoin will die. For the whole world to let bitcoin die is when no one encourages to do bitcoin anymore because it lacks value and has no purpose in the reality.

.. Investing in anything always needs to be looked at in the long term, this is still a very new market hence the volatility.  And ICO's are just pulling out of that frenzy where scams and such were so common. So sit back, wait, and invest in things that have a future as an actual long term enterprise.  Keeping a clear head in the middle of all this turmoil is the key to coming out in 1, 5, 10 years ahead of everyone else.  The market wont die, but the shady parts of it will and it will emerge stronger.

To bitcoin died enough, as now, for a long time not to eliminate its shortcomings. If the situation with slow and expensive bitcoin transactions continues for a long time, everyone will gradually forget about it and will remember that there was such bitcoin, which was the first among the crypto currency, and could not stand market competition with other coins and could not cope with the increased flow of transactions.

I think the mail gift from BTC is idea of decentralized system. I hope we will find a way, how to integrate this idea in our real life.I don't think bitcoin value is a reason of bitcoin dying. If one day, bitcoin will die. The reason will be Legality issues i think. so people will avoid to use it and maybe will die.
