As expected, this match was really interesting and worth watching, however at the end Royal Challengers Bengaluru would be disappointed to not to make it to the finals, and ending their winning streak on this important Eliminator match against Rajasthan Royals. Remember that RR lost to Kolkata Knight Riders in the first Qualifiers so they must have been down in the emotions and Royal Challengers Bengaluru winning the consecutive last many matches went in the match with more positive energy but the results came unexpected.

Virat Kohli and team did not bat well in the first innings and this was the main reason of them not able to give a more competitive target. 173 runs was not a big score to chase on wickets where teams score 200 and still remain in doubt of the results.

Royals eliminate RCB to set up knockout against SRH. Now they will be tested against Sunrisers Hyderabad in the 2nd Qualifier tomorrow. Today is a rare day in the IPL schedule where we have no match. Wink

In 2nd playoff game RCB posted a target of 173 runs RCB team lost wickets early which created pressure on them. Rajasthan Royals chased down the target 174/6 in the 19th overs. excellent innings played by Jaiswal and Kohler Cadmore both players gave a decent start to Rajasthan Royals which helped his team to won this match easily. Riyan Parag scored 36 on just 26 balls the reason of winning the match by Rajasthan Royals. RCB posted an average target in knockout game and after that they did not bowling well in the start and didn't defended this average target. The Rajasthan team plays semi final against SRH and the winning team will go to the final of IPL.

The fans believe Royal Challengers Bengaluru team might take this IPL trophy but that dream did not come true. When the team's total reached 172, there were questions that Royal Challengers Bengaluru would not be able to win this match. None of those in the team who were expected to do the best did well. Even Maxwell, known as the best player in T20 cricket, has gone back to zero runs. Kohli or du Plessis did not deliver the performance that anyone expected. If these players could have played as expected, their scores could have risen above 230. Rajasthan Royals, on the other hand, performed well from the start but lost their rhythm towards the end but they bounced back with a win in yesterday's match.

A heartbreak for RCB fans but certainly the better team won. Rajasthan won the toss and made RCB bat. Kohli was lost early and RCB weren't able to held wicket near the end of inning making an average score. It was a easy target for RR to start with. The opening pair of Yashasvi Jaiswal and Tom Kohler-Cadmore did their job well. RR was already in a good position when they lost their first wicket. The early and middle order both worked. Virat Kohli would still take the highest run scorer for the season otherwise the contest of RCB has been over.

Agreed! The starting of Rajasthan Royals' performance was very well. Yes, Jaiswal is a very young and energetic player. Sometimes he can't to earn a good score. Really I don't know what is the matter but I like the performance of Jaiswal. On the other hand, Chadmore got one life by dropping a catch. Also, Maxwell fell down a catch. So, I can say the last match of RCB vs RR. RCB's poor performance gives them the defeat.

Maxwell's performance is the worst in this year's IPL and such an aggressive batsman like Maxwell has scored the highest 28 runs in this year's IPL which is completely unbelievable. The failure of Royal Challengers Bangaluru's top order batsmen in today's match is entirely to blame and their failure is certainly responsible for the low score. However, Virat Kohli's chances of winning the IPL have ended. I thought maybe this IPL would create an opportunity for Virat Kohli but despite the opportunities created, RCB lost today's match only because of the batsmen's failure in the top order.

Maxwell hasn't performed well throughout the season, but he's the reason why the Royal Challengers were able to play the playoff match. In the final league against CSK, he is the one who took the wicket of Ruturaj Gaikwad and maintained the economy of 6.25 rpo. Throughout the season, it was Ruturaj Gaikwad who stood strong as a pillar and led the Chennai Super Kings towards victory in most matches. If he had stood for the powerplay, surely that could've been a winning match for CSK, and today CSK would've played the eliminator. Anyhow, once again, bad luck for RCB, and it is a must to say that the Rajasthan Royals were perfect with the bowling, fielding, and batting. The first catch of Du Plessis by Powell is really great, and there we can see how dedicated the players were on the field.

Today in eliminator game, i very sad today because my favourite team was disqualify from IPL series by losing today game. RCB vs RR game, RR team won toss and take a good decision by choosing bowl first and gave a chance to RCB for setting target. This game was held on Narendra Modi Stadium and this stadium was in favour to RR team. RCB set 172 runs target in 20 overs by losing 8 wickets. V.Kohli made 32 runs in eliminator game and his effort was normal but not much good because this was not a normal game so far. Patidar also played good and picking 34 runs in 22 balls and it is trus no batsman did not perform for long inning. But in bowling side, RCB gave a very tough time to RR team for completing their target. But unfortunately they lost this by 6 balls and 4 wickets. Ashwin got a player of game award due to his brilliant effort and he bowled out 2 wickets in 4 overs with 19 runs and one more bowler Avesh also performed well and also picked 3 wickets. Congratulations RR team for qualifying in final game.

One thing I want to say that I really enjoyed to watch this match and this fight was really tough for both sqauds in Eliminator match. And as we all know that victory always goes to one squad. Royal Challengers Bengaluru squad displayed very hard and significant performance in match both in batting and bowling innings but at the end of clash, Royal Rajasthan squad got a very with 1 overs and 4 wickets. Royal Challengers Bengaluru squad has begun this match first batting Inning by calling of Royal Rajasthan sqaud. In this inning, Royal Challengers Bengaluru sqaud has managed to give 172 scores as a defeating target which seem not easy task to achieve. Yashasvi Jaiswal starter batter gave very important inning at start of this match and collected 45 scores after he wiped out next both Shimron Hetmyer and Riyan Parag both achieved good scores turn this match into winning. Avesh khan also cleared out three good batter wickets of Royal Challengers Bengaluru batter and again disappointing performance was displayed by Glenn Maxwell.

To be honest I was considering same as you RCB as winner of this second semifinals due to thier previous performances and momentum they got but unfortunately things goes beyond our expectations and due to bad start they unable to Handel things long and thus they scored very low target compared to thier previous matches, I was expecting them to scored atleast 200 around so they will be in game and give tough time to thier opponent but I think early dismissal of kohli runied entire momentum, anyway while chase I was sure it gona be Rajasthan royals victory and they easily does despite losing few of thier important wickets before match the required but yeh crucial partnership between Heyman and parag really get the game for them later Powell finished the required gap and get into the final

Also Sanju Samson, need to play a captain's knock today and i am sure, they will want to chase this score without losing many wickets. As long as they have wickets in hand, the match control will remain in Rajasthan Royals hand. They have score on board to chase and I think they have they batting side and they will be victorious at the end. They have Sanju Samson ,that is very dangerous played and he can score century in this match and they have Rovman Powell . Rovman will hit at the end and will be dangerous in death overs. They have also good batting lineup and most probably,they will win this match. RCB is in the pressure and they will do mistakes and they will give chances to the players. Virat Kohli made 33 runs in 24 balls and no batsman made half century for the team.

I don't see any chance of calling a target of 173 runs a big target. If the target was around 200, the match would have been very competitive indeed. If Dinesh Karthik could have batted responsibly, the Bengaluru team could have added 20-25 more runs to the scoreboard. But Dinesh Karthik collected only 11 runs from 13 balls. Lomror's innings of 32 off 17 balls was very effective.

Rajasthan's two openers got off to a good start. Despite collecting only 6 runs in the first 2 overs, Rajasthan collected 35 runs without losing any wicket in 4 overs. Rajasthan can easily win this match if they don't lose quick wickets. Rajasthan have a number of experienced batsmen in their squad.

No batsman in Royal Challenger Bangalore team could perform for long, Virat Kohli and Du Plessis entered the field as opening batsmen but they both failed to put up a patient batting performance. Since this match is a competitive match, surely Virat Kohli should have played a patient batting performance without getting excited. However, in today's match, most of the batsmen of the Royal Challenger Bangalore team have been caught out. Couldn't hit the boundary properly, was caught out, and the Bangalore team managed to score 173 in the end. But if the bowling performance can be good in this match then there is definitely a chance to win in the end.
