Kolkata Knight Riders and Mumbai Indians both teams have balance of players but the performance of Kolkata Knight Riders all rounders is so good that they are trying to give their best in every match in this year's IPL and achieved success. Meanwhile, Kolkata Knight Riders are at the top of the points table and have lost three out of 11 matches and are at the top of the points table with 16 points after winning the remaining 8 matches. I don't know if this is any beneficial for the Gujarat Titans openers to gain their form back. I don't think Chennai Super Kings will be playing again with Gujarat Titans in this IPL. Their next match is with Rajasthan Royals and then Royal Challengers Bengaluru. As per my analysis, CSK will move to the playoffs while Gujarat Titans will move out of this IPL. So the both teams cannot meet again however Chennai Super Kings have to bat and bowl with responsibility in their next matches otherwise things can become very difficult for them too.

In between Mitchell and Dhube gave a comeback, but that wasn't enough to win a target of 231 runs. As said the start needs to be perfect, only then it is possible to make a good chase. Gujarat Titans bowling is really good and CSK should've made more variations and tried to break the partnership. Now its a compulsion for CSK to win the next two matches to reach the playoffs. The upcoming matches were against Rajasthan Royals a Royal Challengers. I would definitely blame their poor batting and bowling as the reason for the loss of the match against Chennai Super Kings Gujarat Titans, neither the batsmen nor the bowlers of Chennai Super Kings performed well today which led to a 35 run defeat against Gujarat Titans. If the bowlers of Chennai Super Kings could have bowled aggressively from the beginning, then Gujarat Titans could not have given the target of 232 runs. Despite this win GT have very low chances of making it to next round. Look at the strike rate of Sai Sudharsan and Gill, they both scored centuries with strike rate of around 200. This loss will definitely had a negative impact on CSK chances of playing next round.

What I am witnessing is unlike CSK team usually they stick onto their playing XI consistently now swapping positions and bringing Rachin after dropping him for a while now didn't work either. And not giving the ball to spinner and trusting part-time bowler like Mitchell is really a bad move though.

Definitely, the absence of someone like Pathirana is a huge blow as well.
