What is a normal guy, in relation to bitcointalk.org?

Who is normal?
Who is not normal?
I know you're an idiot but dont embrace it,normal guys are the ones who has no power here,DT member vs normies? pathethic moron.

you saw my post, but you didnt see the merit abuse of lauda, double standard guys like you wont see it.

I think you're mistaking normal for humorless, they are not synonymous.  It's quite normal to have a twisted sense of humor, just look at POTUS for a perfect example.

I checked links again and seems OP changed them, they are placed in this order:

http://oh
http://te
http://cs
http://ha
http://re

Looks like a code or something.

Going to have to 3rd Tec and Quickseller on this one, its not a funny joke. False accusations that are not 100% obviously a joke are bad people stuff.

Not leaving negative feedback over this, but it was annoying enough to consider it. People make mistakes with taboos in discourse communities, whether you learn that a bunch of people would be pissed off by this type of thing will decide if its a lesson learned or it becomes a problem.
What you have described sounds exactly like this https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rickrolling

LoyceV can serve as an external member. They can act as a proxy by creating lots of analytics threads and redirect the merit to our accounts.
That doesn't sound like something a member of Foxpup's Merit Cycling Club would do.

Yeah, you're right, everyone knows false alarms are never detrimental to security. Neither are URL redirects.

If only there was a feature that would allow snowflakes to ignore stuff that alarms them...

Yeah, because the best way to deal with false alarms is to ignore all alarms right? But this joke sure got me shook according to you, because I object clearly because this scares me, not because I think it is a bad idea.

Phew, I didn't get rolled this time.

For anyone who thinks this is a funny joke, this kind of thing puts the user base at risk because people may not believe ACTUAL accusations when they happen.
I think this is the point.

Just because you two have 8-foot 2x4s up your asses doesn't mean others can't enjoy actmyname's quirky humor.

A personal message just for me? You shouldn't have.

EDIT: the links have been edited several times. One of the originals was https://bit.ly/31RMJyx  the other https://www.shorturl.at/vDJP7
Both URLs, according to multiple URL expanders I used, redirect to "shorturl.at". The domain was registered on May 28, less than a month ago.

I don’t know either of them personally but you’d think that surely, their accounts & reputations here are way too important to risk with a bull shit stunt like this.

Like I said I’m leaning towards thinking it’s a joke at the moment. Let’s see what develops though.

While I wouldn't doubt Lauda is up to this kind of crap, I have my doubts about Minerjones being up to this kind of activity, but no one is providing anything but broken links as far as I can tell.

Um....what's with the Rick Rolled Youtube link?  What am I missing here?

This appears to be a joke based on that link, though I did not click on the other one.  WTF would minerjones or Lauda care about merits, really?  It's not like either one needs them.  Certainly not enough to do something like what's posted here.  Will watch with bated breath.

I find it difficult to detect sarcasm online.
I find it near impossible sometimes, but this would not be sarcasm but a prank, a spoof, a bad joke.

That’s what I thought, it’s a joke surely!
