That being said, is it possible to know the color of the stamps bought before delivery? I'm asking because i noticed flo123
is now able to trade Green and Black stamps. How is it possible to know at this stage? Huh

Well, you just have to scan the QR code on the front side of the card, then it'll tell ya which color it is... pretty cool stuff overall ... I really like it!

What do you use to scan it?  Just any QR reader app?   Or just hold the phone up to it and the phone scans it automatically? (mine typically auto-scans QR codes).  Or is there a certain app youre using?

The Stone the masons rejected was the cornerstone.
6,90€ each...and free shipping if the total order is over 20€...

Wow - my guess is, these are gonna be one of the most sought after stamps in the coming time.. Already saw few sold on ebay for $2k for the set of 5...

Wow! Making a set is KEY! Need to get the red stamp!

Hi everyone,

Yes, it turns out that the crypto stamps are indeed available for sale online from the postoffice shop from time to time.
Today, at lunch time for may be an hour and half, and this evening...So if you still don't have some, i think you may
have an other opportunity.

That being said, is it possible to know the color of the stamps bought before delivery? I'm asking because i noticed flo123
is now able to trade Green and Black stamps. How is it possible to know at this stage? Huh

Also, is it worth emailing the post office shop to ask for at least one set (i bought 30 stamps)? I mean, do you think, they
will try to satisfy my request? Do they even read Emails?

Best regards.

How much are these stamps from the website?

They were back online/in stock?  How did you guys find out?  Just refreshing the shop page from time to time?

I guess...even the post offices there ran out. I wonder how many are left after the philatelists and crypto buyers have bought their fill?

Looked like there was a limit of 1 per order. I tried but it wouldn't process anymore than that

Nec Recisa Recedit
probably (only a speculation) the redeemed physical stamp from their on-chain shop, will be delivered with a special physical support... I guess at least a letter with some information about the stamp.

Austrian post are famous (at international level) for their "special" stamps produced.
E.g. Tissue stamp - Gentian, emitted in 2008 https://onlineshop.post.at/onlineshop/stamps---philately/stamps/block-issues/gentian_3084?changeLanguage=2

Stamps are already available at facial value on their shop!

I was able to get hold of some crypto stamps as well. Anyways, I could offer the following colors (mint condition) atm:

Black
Green

I am currently also negotiating about a full set. If you wanna buy the Black or Green stamp, then PM me your realistic price offer in BTC Smiley

Disobey.
Well, 150k Stamps seems like a lot. Then again, it's worldwide and due to the fact that the different colours are so limited (only 1500 reds = 1%), I think sets and red + yellows (~3%) might keep a high value.

After the initial hype, there is a good chance that interest will drop for a while, though. But as soon as other countries will release similar stamps or when a second batch is issued in a few years, these stamps might increase in interest again.
Also, you still have the fixed value as a valid stamp of 6,90 € - even if you keep the digital part/token.

Just my few satoshis.

PS: I went on a trip to Austira today and was able to catch a total of 12 stamps by visiting 5 post-offices... lol.
I can report though: The stamps look really pretty and unique (plastic + metal/holo coating).

There are 149500 Paperwallets with Token and also 500 Online Stamps as Token.
The Online Stamp as Token have also the ability to be traded mulitble times before the new owner can redeem the real stamp online for free.

Here a link to a random stamp from each set :
Paperwallet Token - https://crypto.post.at/CS1/46QGZ9
Online Token - https://crypto.post.at/CS1/2UzNAS

This part is to order a real stamp and only availible for the Online Token because the Paperwallet was delivered on sell

This 500 Token are distributed like :

3 red
28 yellow
57 blue
128 green
284 black

I think this Token should be marked as a different one because the buyer have the ability to redeem the real stamp.
Selling redeemed Token with out sending the Stamp is not like the same because the seller still own the Unicorn Huh

You just need Metamask to redeem it later or sell the token

150k stamps made in total each 6.90€
Distribution of CryptoStamp Assets by Colour
Red    1.500
Yellow    10.000
Blue    20.000
Green    40.000
Black    75.000

They seem to be a Philatelical version of Crypto Kitties Wink
