PSA 10 2018 83 Cryptocurrency Base Card - February 21, 2021 - 375

Any of the base card commons will need to be a PSA 10 to fetch the 3-5 hundred range.  When you get to the numbered cards scarcity comes into play and the deep pocket collectors have to jump in.  So far the highest price I have seen for a #83 card is about 8,000.00.  We need to break through the 50k threshold .

Not only are the bitcoin collectors interested but, the card collectors are all over these.  As soon as any high end rare ones sell, the roof will come off.  I think the highest priced one for sale is 299,900.00 which seems fair for a 1/1.

Have you all noticed the inventory for the 2018 A&G #83 is nearly gone.

Do you mean raw packs and boxes. If so, indeed they have. Sellers finally caught on and the remaining ones much higher

Hello fellow collectors

If you are venturing into opening packs, make sure you get the hobby box for a chance to find a brooklyn back or glowie and a possible no #.  There probably are only a few still left out there but, all the other super rare ones have been accounted for.

also it is only hobby boxes that have the Silver Glossy.  One is for auction now and may go for 200 usd once all is said and done.  For each 12 box case, there is only one "hot box" containing silver glossies. and since there are only 192 cards in a box, you have about a 50/50 chance to score a crypto card in it.  With boxes costing around 250 each, it is worth it just to buy a raw one as the hot boxes are not labeled as such on the outside.

Agree, in most cases it will be less expensive just to buy the card and that includes the super rare high end cards.  How often did any of us actually pull a super rare #83 card, hardly ever.

Wow!!!!!!!!!!!  Has anyone seen how much a regular size #83 raw card is selling for?  This is what creates a tidal wave at the top end where the whales are circling.  Should be a very interesting ride for sure, surfs up Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

Rapidly approaching 100 usd per base card.  Didn't think that would happen so fast.  it is amazing when people buy cards they mention their grandkids, so folks are thinking long term.

Can anyone imagine what the 4 printing plates are now worth to the high end collector.  Got to be in the million++range   Cool Cool Cool Cool.  What about the original blank back from the topps vault, what a treasure that turned out to be.  These cards are just making their way to the starting line, wait till they hit high gear.   Shocked Shocked

PSA 10 Mini A&G Back - February 12, 2021 - 500

As bitcoin keeps rising, more and more attention to these cards are happening and for sure the cards will make a jumbo run to the moon.  I noticed a black mini psa 10  and a red mini psa 9 which will probably be grabbed up very soon.  Just my opinion of course

PSA 10 Full-Size, All-Black Ginter X - February 10, 2021 - 850

Someone is snapping up the ungraded ones at a ferocious pace. Paying almost 250 each.  Thats trusting.  Any little flaw pushes these down to 9 or 8.

On the other hand,  ginter x packs long gone. Whomever has any is sitting on a goldmine.  Especially since that 1/1 silver is unaccounted for.  Wink

Agree with you and three of the red mini's never showed up.  I highly suspect they were tossed in 2018 when they first came out.  It makes no sense that none of these four cards ever showed up.  I still say my #4/5 red mini is the catch of the day.  There will never be another chance for one

PSA 8 All-Black Mini Ginter X - 404

Someone got an incredible deal. Hope this is one-off event. I was thinking it'd go for 1500 at least as finding an x pack these days is impossible.

The auction ended about 11pm Eastern so maybe that attributed to the low price.

They'll likely flip it
