Did Phinn ever get his 1000 BTC returned?
Ask him. I do not know about any valid claim of such amount. It sounds insane to store so much on an instawallet.
If there was ever a valid claim from this person, it would have been paid back.

I'll take that as a 'no'.

Ordinarily I would have trouble believing that a principle in a business would be so out-of-touch that he would not know the status of a nearly $1M claim.  In Boussac's case, maybe.

It seems like it would be easy to answer the simple questions asked by Marcus above.
If it so easy then I suggest you start putting together the report with all the transactions reported here. I'll fill in the blanks.
You can be  a volunteer too like the people who ran instawalllet as a free service.

...unless there is reason those 'haters' are correct.  Lots of MtGox people used similar arguments when people challenged their solvency.
Mtgox customers are victims, not haters.
The haters are not victims because they got their money back  yet continue to spread FUD.

The moronic haters are back, spreading FUD about hard working bitcoin businesses trying to get their job done.

Why not ignore 'haters'. It seems you've done some payouts lately, and I applaud this, although it took quite a long time, and I didn't think you would come through with it, but you did, so more props to you for that.

It just doesn't seem constructive, productive or professional to give the trolls and haters any attention. Why not keep everything professional, even though some customers are true assholes?
You are absolutely right. The haters go on my ignore list but I should also refrain from spicing up their no-life by mentionning them.

I'm not saying they should go on the ignore list. I'm rather saying that even though some customers are acting uncivilized, you should be the better man, and answer them without sinking to their level.

Unless BTC-Central Paymium is running fractional reserve they should have no problem demonstrating the exact status of their solvency and the Instawallet coins using the blockchain.

As has already been done recently by other reputable, transparent exchanges in wake of Mt. Gox debacle.

Here's an idea.  How about if you focus on improving your business skills so you don't have so many haters?

With a handful of exceptions everyone who 'hates on you' does so for completely understandable and rational reasons.  If you deal with your own problems in a productive way by making some improvements that would probably work out better for everyone.

Please post the following if you believe in transparency as you say (and links to BTC blockchain.info addresses proving your words, as you request from claimants);

1) how much BTC you lost due to the supposed 'hack' of Instawallet ?

2) how much BTC you have paid out to 'legitimate' (as defined solely by yourselves) claimants?

3) how much BTC remains to be paid back to 'legitimate' (as defined solely by yourselves) claimants?

3) how much BTC of Instawallets original deposits remain in Paymium and/or Bitcoin-Central's and/or davout's private stash possession?

4) how much BTC belonging to claimants who have been deemed unworthy by yourselves be directed towards subsidising your chosen claimants OR retained in Paymium's, Bitcoin-Central's or davout's stash?

Yeah, when the moronic hard working scammers rather dispute indisputable $10 claims for a year than to finally pay it out, they might deserve some haters.
You have my claim and you refuse to pay out. Others have more at stake and will come after you now. Eventually my claim will be worth paying some professional help in getting my money back at the other end of the globe, soon. I'm sure by then there will be some precedent regarding your business conduct.

so i take it we should contact you again ?

No, you should approve the payout offered with regards to the claim you made during the claims period, if any.

... that's the sound of the scam trapdoor closing right there, if you were wondering.

Mine is not recived until now!
Have today send again a PM to Bousac and Davout!
Hope I will get my money Back!!!

greets

You need to approve your payout, please note that you won't be able to access your claim without the "www" prepended to the URL.
Once your payout is approved you'll be scheduled for inclusion in the next batch.
There is currently no date set in stone for the next payout batch.
