I would like to draw the attention of bounty hunters most important to this.
Every genuine project you choose to promote as a bounty hunter should not be taken with levity.

First, before you set out to promote a project, study it and know what it is all about. Do not promote what you don't know.
Also, read through the instructions as prescribed by the bounty manager, so as not to destroy the project.

I have seen a situation where some hunters screwed up a project, because their thought is that every project is an ICO. Whereas, some projects are just for different purposes. Some just list directly on exchange without running an ICO.

Try to render a good service to the project that would pay you.

Avoid spamming threads in the name of trying to meet up with number of posts or deadline of submission. So that that the investors you are trying to disseminate the information to will not see you as a shit poster.

Showcase to the crypto world that you are able to provide a good service that would add value to the project and also to the cryptosphere in entirety.
I have to say that the guidelines need to be taken critically due to the fact you should keep in mind it as a totally crucial thing because you are a bounty hunter. I agree that before joining an open campaign, you have to first review the precise Iowa ranges and objectives and examine greater about it. The guidelines you may hold in mind can also cause a trouble related to your promotion, even without the exception of the marketing campaign, now and again you'll now not get a token due to a few steering.

Yeah, you're right, before we promote any project, we need to learn that project well. Read all of the instructions and the rules are also important, how can we promote the project if we don't even know the instructions or rules of the bounty program. Good luck for us.

Aside from that, bounty owners/managers should also respect whatever rules they stated upon opening such campaign.
If they say, they will send the tokens or coins after ICO, they should send those tokens earned by bounty hunters in a timely manner, not in a very delayed schedule.
Usually with so much delays, once the tokens are received by those hunters, the price already dropped significantly and the tokens lost more than half its value.
Yes that really happens most of the time.So i just end up holding my tokens for such a long time until i see good exchanger that will offer a good price.I know we should follow all the instructions so we can get rewards in the end,but the team behind the project should be responsible too in updating the spreadsheet in a timely manner.
Managers is always to be blamed but the on general the team behind should really take the responsibility yet not managers are the ones who do hold of the bounty tokens.
Its always be on the team and manager cant do anything if they wont really be released for the distribution for marketing allocation. Instructions is always been important not just
into this market alone but on every work we have to be done. There would be always an instruction.
Now some bounty managers have started to work with escrow or pre-take tokens themselves. Here for example "bountyhive team", after the Kora network, decided to throw a part of the bounty hunters, they wrote in a blog that now never will take over the company if it does not provide tokens. Ie slowly there is an evolution, and I hope that will also begin to evolve bounty hunters, because you need to benefit, not to parasitize multi-accounts.

You are right before participating or joining your desire campaign is always good to read the rules because every bounty campaign has it own rules and guidelines. Reading rules helps because it makes our stakes intact.

You are very correct, the major aim of every bounty participant is to be able to add value to the ico or project you are promoting as the case may be. I think that when bounty hunters begin to see that getting the bounty reward is tied to the success of the project,  then we will all see reasons why we should give our very best to it.

Etiquette in posting is really important because we've a project carried under our signature so that we convince more investors as the ICO going on , we have to make post not only to comply the requirements , but the most important is to interact and give our knowledge to a particular thread we're engaging .

In everything, one needs to be guided by the dictates of that institution or project.Without instructions, people cannot establish a basis for evaluation or for determining what is right or wrong.Unfortunately, in some projects, the instructions are either not detailed or vague which makes it difficult to understand.

Instructions are important because either you participate in Airdrop, bounties, trading or ico involvements
And you do not follow proper instructions you end up loosing your tokens , zero bounty stakes
And loss of funds if it’s annico investment

Bounty does not revolve around only for signature campaigns but you have the point for that you are wearing the ICO's signature, their company name, brand, project etc as you represent it to your postings to other kinds of threads, we know there are fake ICO's running their campaigns to cheat both bounty hunters and investors but doesn't change the fact that there are legitimate projects who want to promotion and good advertisement.

This is absolutely true that  instructions plays an important role in crypto world. main motive of giving instructions is that beginners should know what managers want from the beginners to do .

I fully agree, such a service that now provide a lot of bounty hunters, scares off potential investors. These people don't deserve any reward. And soon the effectiveness of many of those who are really trying to depreciate, then they will be forced to stop their activities. Enough to parasitize on those who really support the project.

Many projects for distorting information about them do not pay participants to bounty their tokens. I observe how many people treat content creation lightly, without spending enough time on it. Due to the large whitepaper, it was written for participants of the bounty and for investors. And the first and second should necessarily read this document.

Couldnt Agree moure,
lets say they actually follow the instructions and rules.
however theyre just spamming the hell out of the bounty to earn reward.
regardless of how the quality of the content of their bounty.
and disregarding that theyre work are the basis of attracting possible investors for the ICO.

This is a great piece of advise, not just for the newbies, but for everyone involved in bounties. You're absolutely spot on some projects not running ICOs but you see bounty hunters mentioning it in their posts or activities. An example of such is Dacxi exchange bounty where the bounty manager had to warn bounty hunters to refrain from mentioning 'ICO' in the posts as the project isn't running one. It's important to read instructions generally and also necessary to have project knowledge of a project you're promoting.

In signature campaign we can participate only in one bounty at the same time and I always make a research in which one to participate.
Selecting the one I am familiar with the  project goals,  and which one  I can support  conscientiously.

Indeed the instructions are very necessary and to know the desired limits, instructions can be said, as a rule, these rules must be obeyed in order to get prizes in accordance with the applicable rules.

Definitely in any participation you join, I would say that instructions should be taken seriously as a very important matter you should consider. I would agree that before joining any bounty campaign, you should make a review and know more about the platform and purpose of the particular ICO. Anything that you might have missed on the instructions could lead to a problem with regards to your participation where sometimes even if you had finished the campaign, you will not able to receive any tokens because of some instructions you had missed.
