I am having a close look at upcoming ICO of Qtum to invest into. It will start from early week of march and they have spent lots of BTC to create speculation among bitcoin community so it may be one of the successful  ICO. If they will offer some bonus on early days of ICO, i will put some in it.

I want to invest little of my balance into ICOs. I know they are controversial. Just want to try it.

What upcoming altcoin ICOs would you recommend to invest in?

I like to use that radar something website to see the upcoming ICO's. You can also look at how much BTC they have reunited, and then you can look at how the profit looks for investors... in most cases is not very good, but in the few occasions where its a success, it works real good.

I dont see a single ICO worth investing at at the moment so i would like to know more.

I'm typically pretty skeptical about ICOs, haven't bought into any since WAVES almost a year ago. With that being said, Chimera looks like a really cool project. It's ran by a reputable dev with a lot of time spent on these forums, and it's got a clear and plausible mission. I'm definitely going to buy in.

Chimera? I'm seeing this for the first time on this forum, I looked at the linked posted above it was opened on Feb 9 2017. I'm not saying the project is not good but surprise you didn't not even name Qtum the signature campaign you are carrying

The announcement is only a few days old, and with no set date for the presale, the actual ICO is most certainly a ways in the future. With that being said, Chimera is an evolution of Huntercoin (by the same dev) which has been running very, very well since 2014.

Although I'm running the Qtum campaign, I don't know enough about it currently to give an opinion on it.

Well that's the typical "crystal ball" question: none can really tell with certainty if an ICO is going to do well or not. It's up to you to evaluate the projects and weight how much to put in.
I'd recommend to invest only what you could afford to lose tho.
In any case, you can check out Chronobank.io, the ICO is ending in about 30 hours.
