That is an interesting idea and probably feels really wierd at first. I already learned at an young age to look people into their eyes, not doing so would be impolite, and we don't want to offend anybody. Where else would you look instead? Looking into the sky while talking to someone seems a bit rude. And looking at their chest would increase lust even further.

I think many parts of the body are intentionally and unintentionally made lustful... No one place causes the lust alone.
I believe if you stare at the lustful parts mistakenly and start thinking about the parts or allow them to dominate your thoughts, the lustful feeling will start increasing in your body. I can imagine that you'll be attracting "evil spirits of lust" to yourself if you continue to think about the images.

So, staring into the eye of a lustful image that is staring back at you in certain ways could heighten your imagination... and you could start attaching the image to other lustful images in your head. You may even start seeing different hidden/unseen/lustful forms on the face/body of the lustful image.

It's better not to think about such images or start imagining lustful things if you stare at them by mistake. Just forget them immediately. If you can't, then you need JESUS to help you. Most people without JESUS can't resist thinking about such images. You need JESUS to dwell in you and protect you from the power of such images... And HE can only dwell in people who accept HIM as their SAVIOR, repent of their sins, start reading HIS words constantly and obeying them

If a woman is attracted to a guy she knows what to do to get his attention.

So yeah dont look to a woman's eye and stop the lustful thought. If a guy is busy he cant think of such, though its not bad because its quite normal.

Yeah, why we have to resist it? Just experience it and after few times you experienced it will get you satisfied about sexual relationship then you can lead normal life.

Resisting it will surely increases your feeling towards having sex.

that's the normal feeling should i say. if you don' felt any lust in yourself, then there must be something wrong with you in the first place.

At 63 controlling lust is not a problem for me.

At 30 ,35,40,45 it was more difficult. Grin

I'm near at that age that you have mentioned and I can really tell that the struggle is real. Doing my best to avoid those things and as much as I can it's getting harder since we're all just staying at home.

I have no plans of getting more than I have, one is enough. I can overcome this struggle and if others did, then me and the others who's also dealing with it can.

Well I think lust is a useless emotion. They are around us everywhere, from our childhood. We are with them in schools, colleges, they work with us. It's normal to have an attraction towards them, but doesn't necessarily has to be a secret one, it's open, attraction to them is open secret, specially when they are nicely built and beautiful. No problem, just be open with them, approach them, build friendships and have healthy relationships! (For both genders attracted to the opposite or same).

I've been married for 48 years. I've remained faithful by carrying a picture of my mother in law. When ever I'm in the presence of a beautiful woman, I just look at the picture and ugh. Disgusting. Mood killer.
