Bayern seems to be in an incredible performance and they are likely to have an amazing road towards the Champions League final next season!
That's too early to say. Many believe Bayern at least go to the semis last season when in fact they lost to Liverpool at home, without scoring anything (Liverpool made an own goal).
Everything is still possible.
I’ll second that as it’s too early in the season to predict that Bayern Munich will reach the finals of Champions League. As we all saw in thier match against Tottenham that they only managed to draw and then lost out on penalties, if a team like theirs wishes to reach the finals then they need to perform better.
Does anyone else think that all these friendly tournaments In Asia or USA are just a waste of time and a money making machine? Elite clubs have forgotten how a real pre-season preparation should look like. It should be about going to a remote resort high up in the mountains, training in a nice climate and getting in shape for the new season.
What they are doing now is promoting their brands internationally, flying around the States and Asia getting jet legged, constantly tired from the travels, playing in hot and humid conditions.
@Pmalek this is modern day football all clubs need to be making money, and these tournaments make them lots of money. In my personal opinion I like them because I get to see all new arrivals, and different tactics that clubs may use once the season starts.
